There is always opportunity, no matter where you are and what you do...but if you are not happy you have to look at what you are doing and why you aren't happy. Is it purely that you have gone off the kind of work you do, or is the the company, or even just a single employee? Identifying the problems helps you find a solution. I would also have a good think about what you are passionate about, often it can lead you in good directions with regards to a career change - ask most employers and a passionate employee is worth much more to their business than a 9-5er who happens to have done a course 10 years ago in something relevant. Good advice above though, life isn't a rehearsal, get a good plan, think it through and go for it.

Nice looking wheels, need a refurb at some point but not bad if you want some cheap 19s! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Set-4-19-Split-350Z-Alloy-Wheels-Deep-Dish-8-5-9-5-Split-Widths-/130648220191

Hmmm could be a switch that used to be attached to some ICE in the boot? The worst thing that could happen is that you follow it back and you find a frayed wire at the end and nothing attached to it...leaving you thinking 'what was it!'
-
This is awesome...although I am worried its going to be something very boring like it turns on a light in the boot area or something!

Important this actually...Red Bull is primarily for mental energy, so yes you will in the short term have a 'buzz' effect however it will mask physical tiredness. So even if you think quickly, your body will be unable to respond. Once you drink this stuff, if you dont properly rest/eat you are more likely to drop off as soon as the sugar rush ceases and most dangerously it will hit you much quicker than a natural progression of tiredness.

This is the problem, technically your fault, in reality not. I was approaching a large roundabout and a car was looking like it was going to exit at the road I was approaching from in the opposite direction. She was in the outside lane going straight over, not in the right hand lane to turn right, at the last second I took my eye off her to look ahead and to the left to make sure my exit was clear and I went. I looked in my rear view mirror to see her driving inches from my bumper waving her arms about at me. She was driving around a two lane roundabout, in the wrong lane, not indicating...if we came together it would have been my fault - but I can't just stare to the right as I turn left at a roundabout? -

Why are they called "spoilers" then? Because they give away the end? -

Only if you balance it out with a lip spoiler though......otherwise it can make the nose lift and lose traction on the rubber at the front. Whats the problem with that? You can then do some Dom Torreto/Fast and Furious impressions with the car -

But downforce on the back means less wheel spin = better traction = better launch speed = better 0-100 times etc. -

What makes me laugh is that as soon as it rains on the motorway everyone slows down...then the second it stops everyone starts tanking it again - errrr people, the ground is still wet you know! -

I have had one crash, aged 18, reversing my beloved old VW Polo out of my parents driveway with parked cars either side of the drive exit onto a busy road (yeah I know you should reverse it in but so difficult with buses and the like going along the main road its not always doable). It was dark and raining hard, I edged back so slowly, edged, edged, edged, back end started to clear the parked cars and suddenly WHAM. All I remember is my head going forward and cracking on the steering wheel then blackness. I woke up with the Polo parked about 100 feet down the road on the otherside of the road, apparently lost about 20 seconds as the driver of the other car had stopped and was walking up to me. I was sat there, car parked perfectly alongside the kerb, my foot pushed to the floor on the brake still and a headache like you wouldnt believe. The bizarre things was by all accounts I did a 360 and then some, and somehow the car parked itself neatly up the road out of harms way. It wrote off his shiny Rover Sport, my Polo needed about fifty quids worth of breakers bits. Certainly makes me more cautious when reversing I can tell you, even years later! -

Talking of money... http://news.sky.com/home/business/article/16169081

But thats my point, teams in the lower parts of the PL are further away from the Championship teams financially. Developing youth players is very much a debatable point now that the EPPP was 'bullied' through the system. In that the Premier League continues to fund lower league clubs to the tune of circa £5m a year (a drop in the ocean for the PL, an aid to survival for others) as long as the Premier League teams can buy the youth players at significantly reduced rates. The time of multi million pound transfers for youth players from teams outside the PL is over, instead the PL teams can cherry pick who they like for minimal outlay with little risk if the player doesnt develop, they can just drop them out the squad without too much concern to money lost. The cost of maintaining the youth setups at many clubs is now unsustainable and has cut off traditionally a valuable source of income to lower league clubs. As a nation we have become obsessed with the Premier League thanks to Sky, if you go to other countries they show plenty of other country's football, here though we barely get a sniff of it.

Where are the traction control and VDC switches?

Not a good time of year to have it switched off though -
Good points, although who has won the PL since its inception apart from Arsenal, Man Utd and Chelsea (yes there has been Blackburn as a one off). Even Chelsea and City wouldnt have gotten near it without ridiculous amounts of spending. My big fear is the gulf that exists and widens each season between the PL and the Championship. As rightly pointed out only a few teams in Spain have serious spending power, but the TV money thrown at the PL makes it even harder for smaller clubs to progress vs say La Liga where bottom half top tier teams probably have similar spending power as top half second tier teams. I suppose it was inevitable that money would find its way to a national sport, although there is no denying it has taken the magic away from the sport Like I said earlier, that African nations cup final, was the first decent match I have watched in an age, and I bet none of those players would give a jot about pay or appearance bonuses on the night.

Its all karma mate!

See I wouldnt agree at all mate Italy is a fierce league, the defenders are world renowned for putting it about. Its generally accepted though that foreign players brought the play acting to british shores, but british players play act as much as the next man nowadays - the only reason we have so many foreigners in the PL is because they can earn twice as much as playing elsewhere. The media will have you believe the PL is the best league in the world, not sure on what basis though. More likely they are going to say that because they represent the PL, they are hardly going to say it might be the best league in the world but Spain is better, its just that we all fell for it when Sky was empire building. Cant imagine how it can declare itself the best league in the world when most of the very best players in the world dont play in it I dont see anyone of the caliber of Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar in fact most of the Brazlian team etc etc. Look at the list of world player of the year awards, Ronaldo at Man Utd features once as a winner and Dennis Bergkamp and Thierry Henry both came runners up but over the last 20 years the very best players generally, are outside the premier league. I think we confuse paying players ridiculous amounts in salaries and paying double what a players worth as for making a top league vs just how good players really are.
