My mac did the same thing, a succession of crashes then a dead boot, you will find if you try to reinstall there is no hard drive listed. It might not necessarily be the hard drive though, when I got mine looked at it was simply the connector from the drive to the mac so they just replaced that and bingo all was well in the world once more and all my stuff was sitting on the drive happily waiting for me.

Stubby was my first mod, the immortal line in the Wise Owl to Will "just going to change that aerial and that's it" oh how wrong I was...

I had a plenum spacer, plus the above and a stillen intake (not sure if that made it go up or down!) and got an extra 14BHP at the wheels and an extra 17lbft of torque. Doesn't sound much but when you look at the dynos instead of peaks and troughs in the power build through the revs you get a smooth curve which you can certainly feel in the actual drive.

Worth the uprev, mine was running lean with Berks+Milltek
