  1. I had a crack at neo chrome after years of wondering if I should or not, they work really well I think (lets see how long the effect lasts though!)
  2. It *might* run a little better if your current earthing is poor - but there is in your answer, clean your current earthing. I bought mine purely because it looked better with no expectations on bhp increase!

Toyota badge is bolted on and leaves holes of removed. So if badged next step is to remove spray and reinstall - bit of a ball ache but you are right it's all or nothing... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Took the old chrome badges off the back, fair bit of adhesive back there, but got it away in the end. Have sprayed the badges matte black, but do I put them back or not? To badge or not to badge, that is the question...?
  5. Dont worry I have gone for plastic ones. They wont rust.  Glass ones are easier to keep clean
  6. Hope they are steel not ally wheel nuts, the ally ones are prone to shearing off
  7. How can you forget you own a car like a Zed, can only assume you own many ferraris lambos and maclarens that it just fazed into the background of your memory. Or you had a few too many over Friday lunch...
  8. I just wash the mitt regularly - the hassle of doing that easily negates the extra time it takes to use a bar, for every hour you spend with a bar you would spend 10 minutes with a mitt.
  9. Might not be cheaper but Will who works at TGM in Fleet will certainly give you a good professional run down of what needs to be done. Their work is top notch.
  10. some ebay jobbies, think off rarerims or something
  11. Have always used internal drive steel nuts, only had problems once and that was when a garage gunned them on and caused some cracks - generally have found that paying £30+ for something steel won't have your wheels flying off the car if torqued up correctly.
  12. Many wont quote without seeing the car which if its a lot of work is fair enough, your definition of a scratch could be their definition of snow plough going through it For reference, TGM in Fleet are awesome.

Cheers matey, owned it longer than the zed now...and the R33...and the VX!
  14. The whole thing is wrong on so many levels, unqualified driver without competent supervision = potential disaster. The story is ridiculous anyway, so he takes her out and what happens, he accidentally drinks over the limit forcing her to have to drive him back? It was all premeditated and as mentioned above then deliberately put it into a position where she had to drive. Provisional must have L plates, must be properly supervised, and its illegal to drive on motorways - not only all that then decides to tank along at 130mph+ which is insane on a public road at night instead of making steady progress. I could understand if they were 17 and doing one of those daft things you do as an immature person but they are 28 years old and should know better. Another person taking the p*** and getting off relatively scott free. Only hope the insurance costs she gets whacked with if/when she passes give her the appropriate kick up the backside.

I am still umming and urring about the roof, I think it needed to be gloss black not satin wondering if its something I could do on my own rather not fork out to get it done professionally again...

    It was this one
  18. And all of it is for sale too
  19. Still, its just fizzy pop lager at the end of the day. You can buy Sapporo cheap as chips out of vending machines in Japan Have moved into chilled ales/craft beers and never looked back, feel almost aggrieved to have to drink something mass produced generic fizzy lager like Peroni or the like nowadays - Meantime Yakima Red
  20. Sapporo, served in a cold glass, draft, whilst sat in a bar in Sapporo. Or as Dan says, buy a can out of Tesco
  21. Glad to hear it, like anything if it suits your style of driving then they will be more than capable. Even MPSS have their limits and drive like and idiot they will find a ditch for you too.
  22. Pale Ale all the way, the beer of champions.
