I agree with Matt, unless £100-£300 would substantially affect their month in terms of living quality then I think an 'event' such as a meal out on us is the way to go. Certainly if anyone get asked what they think of their place of work, I am sure they wouldn't say 'its great I got £100 this year as a bonus' but if you treated their family to a night out it would be much more appreciated. Imagine they can go home and announce hey we are having a night out great food and drink courtesy of the company I work for, would land much better. If you were talking £1000-£3000 then its a whole different ball game.

Apps are worth it because: They work offline They are more personalised they can access your data on your phone and tailor the experience to you They send push notifications etc that websites cannot They use phone features websites cannot i.e. accelerometer etc. Websites do render, but ultimately apps are made for phones, websites are made for PCs which then convert to something mobile 'friendly' ...and lets face it apps work faster than websites I am sure there are dozens of other reasons too

I just think with the excellent wax I use and the Bathe+ wash each week, I don't think this spray on stuff is worth the extra effort? Bathe+ is amazing btw, I recommend people give it a go in place of your normal shampoo.

I wash my car each weekend, I use Gyeon Q2M Bathe+ which gives a great run off of water etc. Obviously I clay, polish and wax every couple of months as well. Given the Bathe+ on the car regularly, do I need something like this sealant? (apologies for daft question if this falls into that category!)

I thought it was my laptop at first, taking ages to open up an image etc. But then tried it on my work laptop and the same problem. Imgur miles better, less ads, faster load times etc.

If you are going to stick to the colour, then do walk if things look in the slightest bit dodgy and be prepared to play the long game.

I did actually look at list prices of all 350z on Autotrader by colour once, about 110 cars, found that blue/black were most expensive, ginger cheapest, silver in the middle.

I made that exact same mistake

I have always serviced my cars on my own, never been an issue come sale time, although can see the temptation to keep it Nissan. Actually, anyone who has bought my cars have done so because of the documented build threads (advise you start one) and the videos I take for the adverts. As long as there is evidence the car is serviced it will usually suffice - I know that many dealerships will toss the keys to the youngest lad in the workshop for the service, whereas go to somewhere like TGM, Horsham Dev of Sly and you are getting a much more experienced person on it. I know where I would put my money.

Those charts are really odd. Porsche in 2010 was 9th and the worst model a Boxster the best a 911. In 2011 it was suddenly 2nd with the 911 the worst model and Boxster the best. Also no one spot the 'Z' being the worst Nissan model in 2012? To me looks like hugely variable data with uneven/unmatched samples/bases year on year causing big changes in ranking.

I was paying £600 a year TPFT in 1993 for my 1 litre beat up old VW Polo worth £275. £1500 for a V6 at 21 is not much at all in relative terms.

The diagrams on that site are utterly shocking, should be sued for misleading consumers
