Check the gearbox supports to see if a bolt has worked loose or sheared!

Thanks for your input, but as the potential customer I think I'll wait until TGi have answered my question in post 12 before making my decision, if you don't mind. Your missing the point lol. Everytime someone suggests things there are endless pages were peeps go off at a tangent. Why not wait until they put more details up. Makes sense and certainly no need to take it personnaly. I think you guys have to start a list and then pay. All saying yes please giving different dates will only confuse things. 1st of all get either Abbey or TDI to give a difinative date in December or when ever And then put names down without all the trimmings. I am sure either will put payment details up. keep it simples

Pete, I am afraid you wrong with bypass valve is before the Throttle body , so even if the bypass valve was stuck open it wouldnt make the car idle high as the idle speed is controlled via the fly by wire throttle. The bypass valve actually bleeds back into the intake system. It will be the ECU causing the high idle speed the reason the intercooler being so hot will be the ECU retarding the timing to try to control the high idle speed. Bypass valve is a Turbosmart valve, we carry them in stock. I want to change the BOV one day for one that goes Woooshhhh

At least with the stainless steel one it is fabricated to fit the underneath and not the composite. It's a shame I can't get some decent shots of mine put up. I need to get it back on the ramp and lay down underneath it !!! Once people see how excellent it is I am sure they will want one.

I thought they all knew the up-rev was circa £200 for the license only and then 3 plus hrs on the machine? There are enough posts on this. Whilst healthy competition is good, would you not rather entrust your car to someone that has years of experience on Nissans and tuning the zed? The 2 main guys Abbey and AMD have both charged the same and held the price for 3 plus years. An old saying is you get what you pay for. You guys can do an independent research. I don't think money should even enter into this one.

Its either to high or to low. I was looking for something mechanical because it was during a sound off that this happened! Thanks for the info Mark.
