I'm sorry, I have 0 experience with Cobra systems, not sure how the back box is comparing to the OEM 370z exhaust. If it's the same, where it meets the mid pipes, it will work fine.

Short tails will be quite loud, not sure you'll like these if you're too worried about the sound level. I absolutely loved them on my 370z Nismo, but I like a loud exhaust.

Without going for a full exhaust system, the only way to increase the sound a go a bit throatier is to go for the short tails.
