  1. Leave it ON and get a Race Logic traction controller. The awesomness starts the very first moment you start driving with that on, specially in wet.
  2. Is not that easy... It's still work in progress, with a german guy that has already a prototype. GTM is never going to do it.
  3. I got drunk first time ever in my life about 3 weeks ago, 4 glases of exquisite white wine... I'm nearly 35. The hungover next day... NEVER DRUNK AGAIN. EVER.
  4. Managed to replace all blue hoses with the red ones this evening, well, the visible ones Front bumper is now ready, with a slight change in paint, notice the difference?
  5. Back to work, we've test fitted the bracket and blower on the car: Fuel Pressure Regulator fitted Intercooler on, we've start doing the plumbing work Nearly there, plenum back on, piping work done inside the engine bay, belt on Crash bar back on, time to fit the oil cooler It was a haaaaaard and painfull job  Strutbar back on, engine cover back on It was already morning, front bumper back on and time to go for a drive. The car started fine with no base map, but standard ECU settings to our surprise pushing a lot of power before tuning! This was another cracking weekend at RT-Performance. Thanks a lot Taras @ RT-Peformance for allowing us to play again in your shop
  6. Some of you may know already, me, DarrenB and Modjo also known as ZBoosters undertook another boosting project, this time Ian's 350z. Everything happened last weekend during a 24 hours marathon, with no stopping, as we do usually Me and Modjo started early morning on Saturday, Darren was due to join us about noon. So we start by putting the car on the ramp and stripping the front end. and we've drained the oil and coolant When then prepared the oil pan spacer and the oil pick up spacer Ian / mouthwash turned up while we were removing the plenum so we can do the spark plugs, injectors and fuel return system. We found a little bit of oil in the top driver said spark plug area: Fuel rails removed so we can change the injectors Fitted the UpRev GT MAF sensor onto the charge pipe: and test fitted the snail on the bracket Oil sump fitted and also we fitted one of the decats which Ian had a problem with it so he gave up and brought it over to us to do it Obviously, our very talented exhaust specialist, Modjo successfully undertook the job By 7:30pm Darren turned up after a nightmare of a day. He couldn't find the fuel pump he had with him for this job and he went down the Zed Shed guys to borrow one. We also found out that Tarmac not only did not supply a 3.12" pulley as requested by Ian, but assumed that the idler pulley supplied in a separate bubble wrap envelope was the one we needed, although there was no ribs on it as it should. But, luckily, Uncle Keyser had a 2.87" pulley laying around so we borrowed that and the car is now doing some serious power. Dyno is finished, but will let Ian / mouthwash disclose the numbers. Right, back to our story, Darren started modifying the fuel bucket which we've removed earlier on from the car so we can fit the new fuel pump and fuel return system. New injectors in: It was already 9:30pm when the food turned up:
  7. And I thought the one I have for 370z in the for sale section was expensive at £750ono Great exhaust, somebody should snatch this ASAP, awesome look, awesome sound!
  8. And some more pics: Some more wrapping on the passenger side to protect from the heat of the manifolds and snail Special projects require special modified tools While others... well... LIKE A BOSS, you know... Some interior modification so I can fit the GReddy Electronic Boost Controller: Some biker decided to do some stunts for us in order to help relaxing after many hours of continuos work, just outside RT Performance premises Intercooler and filters fitted: Temporary blue vacuum hose and silicone couplers fitted, got the red hoses, just need to replace them: Some more fabrication, spacers for the steering rack assembly: Some more wrapping of the lambda sensors: More to follow once I'll be back from holidays early August
  9. Little update overdue now. The car is still at RT-Performance, wings and front bumper have been resprayed. Also the roof and mirrors as there were lots of stonechips on them. Ordered a new oil pan from USA and some extra fittings so we can fit the custom red anodised fuel rails with the Stage 0 Fuel Return System from CJM. Also sprayed the intercooler in black and managed to find a grille mesh large enough to accommodate the new bumper "mouth" Some more photos from different sessions working on the car: New Amuse Titanium exhaust ready to go in after our Chief Exhaust Technician Modjo has removed the ARK exhaust Darren stripping... I mean removing the trims to get access to the Fuel Pump assembly: New exhaust fitted: Mike, Darren and myself preparing the fuel bucket to go in: Mike preaching to Darren from the destructions holly book Down pipes wrapped and fitted: Go on, you can have a look what's under the skirt, sexy or what? Darren welding Mike's decats Final adjustments to the MotorDyne Y pipe: Crowded
  10. No need for good luck, done in 24 hours, all running fine, going to tuning tomorrow! Will stick some photos later on, I'm still knackered
  11. They need to be moderated first, will appear as soon as a moderator checked them
  12. Tempting, but can only be used on a zed... Not worth that much IMHO.
