Intermittent fasting every day with one meal a day, so 23-24 hrs between meals, daily sauna, exercise, cold showers, a huge list of supplements and vitamins that I keep refining as I study and research into it, daily meditation and generally on a keto diet. Doing a prolonged fasting at least once a month, 5 days water and coffee only. Doing one as we speak, 2nd day into it.
