As Doogy says. I loved the Zed but did less than a thousand miles in the two years of ownership. Wizurd did more miles in it driving it home after he bought it. So in the end having considered 997s and a v8 vantage I bought an e type to enjoy both on the road and in the garage.

If you have already replaced all the bushes including as Attak Z says, banana arm bush, it could still be a number of things. Without someone riding in it with you difficult to diagnose. Exhaust? Engine mount? Loose battery? Bottle of JD under seat?

As Ekona plus I know when i did mine there is a right and wrong way round for the shims. The narrower part goes to the leading edge of the discs direction of rotation so as to create slightly less pressure so in theory reducing the possibility of squeal.

My son wanted to do this for a bike someone was selling. Have a look online. lots of info. It would appear you need to fill in a V62 and pay a £25 fee. The only problem area might be the date you acquired the bikes and your responsibility to declare them sorn. Once they know who owns them they then know who to fine Obviously if you have only just got them then this wouldn't be the case.
