There are some hubcentric ones on ebay which bolt on to the original hub and then allows the wheel to bolt on to the spacer. I think this is the best/safest set-up.... What do you think? Thanks, Beau

Hi Guys, need a bit of advice. I am planning on getting 15/20mm spacers for the front but the stud length on the hub is about 24mm which means that 4mm will be sticking out with 20mm spacers. The wheels that im planning on fitting on it has a flat back which means the the extra stud length of 4mm will protrude and get in the way. Option 1 is to cut them off, but I dont really want to do this. Option 2 is that I just put 25mm on the front which will cover it up but will the wheel stick out too much? Option 3 is to buy a pcd adapter from 5x114 to 5x112 as the wheels are multi-fit and the protrusion on the studs will go into the 5x114 holes and the actual wheels will bolt onto the 5x112 option. Im not 100% sure this method will work though, just a theory. Any help much appreciated! Beau

Im not really worried about the diameter, but it is 9.5" wide. Will these work in the front? I am also gonna need to put 20mm spacers to get them to fit but dont want to mess up the handling.... Thanks, Beau

Hi Guys, I am looking to buy some team dynamics drifz wheels. They are 19" with an offset of 35 and width of 9.5", and obviously a pcd of 5x114 Will these work and what are other people running on there 350z? Thanks

Thanks, I bought some team dynamics wheels. The specs are 5x114, 9j, et35 and a centre bore of 73. To get them to work I will need 20mm spacers in order to clear the callipers. Any info much appreciated. Beau

Hi Guys, Just bought some new wheels and I need 20mm spacers so that I am able to clearing the giant brembo brakes. Does anyone know where's best to get 20mm spacers, good quality, or has anyone got any that they would sell? Thanks, Beau

Thanks for that, I had no idea. Also I need some advice/help on what to do with this back wing... I was thinking about popping as much out as possible and then use body fila or just cut out another wing from abother 350z and weld it back in.... Which would be best do you guys think? All help will be much appreciated! Beau

Another update on my project guys. I have know sourced all the parts. I got the steering rack, mirror and front wheel arch trim today and with a bit of luck with the weather I will have the steering rack on her tomorrow. I will have 2 spare track rod ends if anybody is interested, and also a drivers side mirror? Also what power steering fluid do you guys use, I heard DW3 should be fine....? Thanks
-
Latest Update on the Project. I now have the Bumper, side skirts and spats all ready to be primed and painted. These are aftermarket Nismo fibreglass. Also the wing and headlights. The left headlight is available as I will only be using the drivers side. Also if anyone is interested in the front hub from the drivers side. I have a pair of wings, but I only need the Drivers side one. Is anyone interested in a Red passenger side wing? All Im waiting for now is LEE, for the steering rack and a few little pieces who has vanished from this earth. Has anyone seen Lee? PM if interested in anything. Beau

Anyone know where I can get this paint the cheapest. I have got a quote of £26 per litre... Good or Bad? Thanks, Beau

They are the Heaviest out of the ray's. But not by much. Especially when comparing them to aftermarket wheels. Also the fact that they are quite rear is the fact why I would like to keep them on the car itself. Plus a lot of people have the light weight rays, and they are quite good, but I would rather have something different. Thanks, Beau
-
Yeah, These are a lot more rear than the normal rays.... I will keep a look out for now and see if I can pick one up. Beau

Thanks! If all fails, then I guess a "Professional re-sprayer" it is Beau

Hi Guys, As you know Im fixing up a 350z GT. I have recently got a new bumper, wing and would like to spray it soon. The colour I have is Ultra Yellow.... Where would I get this paint from? Thanks, Beau
-
Thanks, It's going better than expected...thats all! And this forum is helping me a lot.
-
haha Thanks for the comments guys.... As for the Price that's a secret But I did get a good deal As for parts, Im getting them quite easy, ebay, and from ZmanAlex and Lee, so thats no proplem... If anyone would like to come and check it out one day, your welcome! The rear suspension is fine, only the body work that will need some work done. The door can be straightened out, a bit of body filla hear and there and she'll be like brand new. Regarding the paint, Its known has "ultra yellow" Anyone know how easy it is to get hold of this colour and how much roughly is will cost.....? I have totoally removed the wing, hub carrier on the front, I will post some new pics up tomorrow to keep you guys up to date Any help/tips will be most appreciated... Thanks, Beau
-
Haha OK What do you guys think?
-
I got it out today easily! I used a clamp which stopped it from spinning and Bingo! I took the steering rack out today too and saw the damage that was done.... Looks like I'll be needing a new rack.... I have got couple quotes and there not too bad so if the weather is good this weekend the rack will be going in! Wish me Luck! Beau

Yeah, the other side is fine! When it comes to re-spraying Ill just respray the individual parts but will also need to re-spray the door and the rear wing. Ill see how I get along:) Also came across a slight problem today when trying to get the ball joints out when trying to get the hub carrier out. When undoing the Nut the ball joint it self slips and there is no other way of holding it in place, other then where the rubber is but I dont want to damage it...... Anyone got any ideas/tips of how to get these off without damaging them? Also got a replacement hub carrier to go on it which came with a ball joint but was different to the one which came out. The bolt is bigger and the one thats on the car at the moment has a cone shaped. I guess there are two different types.... Anyone got any Ideas? Thanks, Beau
-
Yeah, I would much rather get a second hand one then repair it..... And thanks for the link! But if not, then a aftermarket set it is? Beau
-
