  1. I think thats what ive got then, so will need to do the window test to see what side. Can you ever get this type of problem on the front? Also, where is this hole? I've not checked mine so think its worth a go - secondly - what specific oil? Gear oil I presume....
  2. CRD????? Think its Clicky rear axle matey.... Do you get it when you pull away fast? Assume you have correct oil level in your diff? Yeah, I meant axle. It happens all the time from accelerating, I dont think it happens when I accelerate hard though.... And I have never checked the oil in the diff, How is it measured?
  3. I have this same "Clicky rear Diff" I think. It happens when I slowly accelerate or take my foot off the accelerate. It is noticeable when window is down and happens a lot. How is this solved then?
  4. Once the alloy is not cracked or Buckled it should be an easy repair job!
  5. According to the 350z manual is is Thatcham device 1. However if you just state your car has an imobiliser I believe you will get a cheaper quote than saying it is fitted with Thatcham device 1.
  6. Thanks for this, Worked well!
  7. Admiral all the way, worked out £300 for the zed! Result!
  8. I have a set of slimline ones. They are silver.
  9. The steering wheel controls should just be able to swap over as the spiral cable behind the wheel is exactly the same.
  10. I have 20mm spacers all round but at a offset of +15 so the wheels are in line with the arch. I went for the longer studs method as it is cheaper to be honest, and then 4 hubcentric spacers. Changing the studs over took some time but got there in the end, and it was well worth it. Also steering does become a bit more sharp I think, and the wheels can wander when turning, but I think this is more due to having wide tyres on them (265 front and 285 rear)
  11. offer him 10k, leave your number and walk away...
  12. I think Michael was one of the best drivers there today.... He has not got a fast car or DRS and he still managed to run with the big boys! Great drive by everyone, was far the best race for this year!
  13. I have a similar problem at the moment, where the traction control light wont go off, and when driving slowly and turning sharply the ABS kicks in on only the front right wheel. I had a look through the 350z manual, which I downloaded from somewhere and it says one possibility could be the abs sensor. I am going to make sure the area around it is clean ect and then see if it makes a difference. If not then I'll replace it. The other possibility is the wrong tyres size.
  14. Glad you like them mate. Yes they look great Beau! Thank you for recommending these. They were cheap and look the part too! Let's hope they last... They will last. I have had a set of these on my Landcruiser for the past 5/6 years. Well Worth it!

  16. well, I didnt lie about the alarm but its on my driveway but I put street and it knocked it down by £40. I have no idea why...
  17. I think being parked on the street and having no alarm brings it cheaper... I have no idea why though

  19. A BMW 5 series, they are good cars, good economy and value for money. Or a Golf GTtdi. 65 mpg, quick and nimple....
  20. I think there is a screw or something holding it down, just underneath it.... Not sure
  21. I also got insured with admiral! worked out £320 for the zed! Result!
  22. personally, LED's make cars look cheap and want to copy the Audi's. The 350z lights are good standard, maybe just upgrade your side lights, or add a hint of colour.
