Have you checked the tyre pressure, as the standard setup is quite soft for a sport car. I run 28 psi in my tyres all round.

But the tint said 70% so I assumed this is still legal so I dont see how it is illegal.

you can hardly see anything at night from the rear.

I didnt really do it to let less light in, just so I can get the window that Blackish smoke colour which I think looks very good, especially on the yellow.

Once the front windows let in 70% of light you will be fine. They use a device to test the amount of light that can go through. The rears can be as dark as you like. You got access to the machine to measure? What tints did you put on? What level of light was let through before tinting? I have not got access to a machine, but when buying tint it states how much light it will allow through. I think the tint I got for the front was either a light smoke or dark smoke and the rear was Limo Black. And Im not sure how much light came through before tinting.

I have tinted my rear ones Limo Black and my front ones on the Limit (70%). They look like this. I did it myself.

Surely it'd be mighty tricky to cover those tiny letters without hiding other parts of the calipers? Or am I missing something? clear tape and then use a sharp knife and cut around the letters.

Removing the brakes would be best to get a good finish as it would need to be cleaned out. You can keep the brembo writing, you will just need to put some tape on the writing and peel off when paint is dry. Are you sure with the colour silver though?

Offset has not got much do to with the clearing of the brembo's. It is more of the design of the wheels. You will have to place the wheels on the studs and measure the gap and then that will be the size spacer required.

May I ask where you bought spacers and longer studs from? For that kind of money, its worth doing just to pass some time. The person I bought my wheels from has loads of bits and pieces regarding wheels. I got the spacers from him and the longer wheel studs from a ebay (A good source obviously) Pm me and Ill give you the details. Why not post public if they are already on eBay? Yes, but I also need to give him the guys number for the spacers, and its not good to give numbers out as bots ect pick up the number.

Im not too sure, but I think the sides ones has to come off first then the top and there are 2 screws holding the light fixings in place. I removed all these when I tinted the rear window.

yeh, 10mm rear and 15 mm front should work for you.
