i used to think that about physio - but when i started my knees just weren't playing ball .......... 2 sessions with a physio on my completely knotted up leg muscles (after 49 years) - and no knee pain -

run a few 10k's and was warming up to a half in March and then on from there (i'm 50 now) .............. but currently suffering with Sciatica soddin nuisance from what you've written ? you may be trying to go too far too soon ? and a good physio is worth their weight in gold -

91 RON? Wouldn't use that even if you could get it here. Pete I don't think that is 91 "RON" - i think its the equivalent standard for 95 RON but US which is 91 (something - can't remember what their code is)

my fear has always been if you tell them how much you have available .......... thats what they'll aim to get off you

in my experience when approaching a dealer, they will always ask "how much have you got to spend" so, the question is ........... should you tell them ? if not what do you say ?

Ok....I'll hang the wife's knickers off them, maybe that'll help...........although on second thoughts, maybe not cos I make tents out of them in summer lol I'm guessing she doesn't read this forum :lol:
