doesn't quite look as bad here - but its definately a problem - outside edge is much lower than inner edge

I've now done around 8.5k and have noticed that the outer edges of the rears are wearing more than the inner edges - front seem normal. I've been into a local ATS who say they can do 4 wheel tracking, camber, have the kit etc and have quoted £100 + vat I did ask the dealer before I collected the car to double check all tracking etc any thoughts on whether I have a case against the dealer for not doing as instructed on purchace, or just go and get it done ??
