+1 Traders tend to tear the car to pieces during their ownership and they tend to do 'bodge' temporary fixes with cheap parts. Private sellers (especially with a 350z) tend to be enthusiasts, especially if they've kept the car for a fairly long time.

I'm sure UK fuel tanks are bigger than JDM, I stand to be corrected though... UK fuel tank capacity is 82 litres as far as I remember

Although people say a full tank would dent your fuel economy due to the extra weight. Travelling to the petrol station more frequently and having increased stress of filling up more often probably does not outweigh the cost of filling up full tanks... That's my opinion anyway...

Mine does go above the 'full' line by a mm or so - Yours looks excessive!!! EDIT - Could it be the angle the photo was taken making it appear excessively over the 'full' line??

I wouldn't...in my opinion it's too risky. My friend's car started misfiring after doing his. To be fair I don't think he protected the electrics properly. When I first bought my car, my engine bay was not in good nick either. I used Autoglym Engine and Machine cleaner and Autoglym Vinyl and Rubber care, the engine bay looks nice and clean now. I just make sure I keep on top of it every couple of months.

Many cars, including my previous BMW, used to disengage the tilt/interior sensor when the lock button was pressed twice within a few seconds. I'd assume the 350z was similar...?

Just an update...Me and Narcotix met up today and plugged the throttle controller into his car, it did not work!! We both checked each connection thoroughly and were 100% certain it was wired up correctly.
