I had the unit and had ripped out the dash to install but the screen wouldn't come on !! There was power to the unit but it just wouldn't light up ! Turns out when I tested it in the house it was FCUKKED ! Put the dash back in and asked them to replace it. Had a new unit but they didn't send an ISO connector and cable Now awaiting the ISO..... I'm getting a bad feeling about this... Oh yeah,I had the US part and had to pay the Rip-Off Import Duty and a handling charge Total of £17 extra !!!

Welcome to the Forum. I am a newbie here too and am attempting to fit an aftermarket unit. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=44536 The 1st unit I got was a dud but they've replaced it now ,unfortunately they forgot to include the ISO connector which I'm waiting for now. As soon as I get it installed I will post on the thread above.....

Went for a spin today up to Pembroke Dock past Newgale,St Davids,Feeeeeshguard then back by Haverford West and home. Beautifull but cold day. 230 miles.No Tickets.......yet

Just be carefull if you get a road bike,there's a lot of TW4Ts in sports cars out there And... once you've sampled the acceleration of a bike,everything else just doesn't come close. Here's mine.....

I'm absolutely chuffed with my JDM Although it's an auto I've had it sideways a number of times and I haven't felt too worried. Went for a 500+miles to Cornwall over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. One of the main problems is that you need iron willpower in order to avoid every **** who wants to race. I'd love to have cruise and deffo want to get shot of the BOSE system as it has no MP3 facility,I mean,who still has tapes ?and even a 6 CD deck is very limiting today. Overall I'm very,very pleased with it and go for a spin every chance I get !

The way I look at is ... 1 pint of Stella = £ 3.30 8 pints to the gallon = £26.40 1 Curry = £ 8.00 1 return Taxi to town = £16.00 Total = £ 53.70 That would be a very conservative estimate for a night out for one person A day in the Z would cost about the same for fuel and you don't even get a stinking hangover or damage your Brain,Liver,Heart,Kidneys ! Just the possibility of a Huge grin and a speeding ticket. The days of the petrol /diesel car are coming to an end and soon we'll all be driving electric.The government are simply going to price them off the roads. At the moment the electric cars will have Zero RFL and lower costs overall but once we've all got one I guarantee you that the cost of them and the associated taxes on them WILL rise ! And think on this,if they're not getting the Tax from the car user,they will definately be getting it from somewhere else !! Hi Gents,I think everybody out there is looking for a bargain at the mo what with the unpredictability of the economy and job situation,along with the ever increasing fuel costs ! A lot of bods are finding it difficult to get good APR deals on their loans. Probably the best deals are on Credit Cards with 0% and a 3% fee for up to 18 months.. I used this method to buy my Ducati thanx to Mr Branson Although not the same UK spec as yours,my 05 JDM, T version with 32k in fine stock nick was in the stealers for £10,999 but I got it for £8,500 !! which I was quite pleased with. The prices are all over the shop and unfortunately, it is a buyers market. There's a lot of nice motors out there at present. I'd deffo remove all the mods and sell them seperately ,otherwise they'll just become a sweetener for the sale. All the motor dealers I know have had one of the worst years on record,despite what they may say to a customer.They're praying for better sales or some of them won't be around by the end of the summer. Personally, if practical,I'd wait till the weather improves a bit . Good Luck with your sales anyway. ps .I'm looking for some nice wheels.
