  1. Based near Bournemouth in close proximity to the Zed Shed. Hopefully this will all be installed for the new owner over the BH weekend
  2. Thanks guys, really enjoyed this build and hopefully the next owner will This is sold pending payment/ installation.
  3. Hi Randy, the stripe was a one off creation. I have a friend with a vinyl plotter so he cut out my design and we applied it. Easily Reversible
  4. Hey matey, I would like to keep this as a whole kit for the buyer. However they can be ordered online separately for reasonable money. when I'm back in the office I'll drop you a PM if I can find the link
  5. If you don't want to get a pricey head unit to do all these things, or just for something cool. It's a mod, it's what we do here I embarked on this build as I like fettling with things and making custom pieces so it kept me busy in the garage for a few months
  6. This piece would be a lovely addition to my other item for sale http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/89462-for-sale-full-touchscreen-in-car-pc-setup/
  7. The final item (at last!) in the garage clearance are my white RAYs alloys. I bought these from another member last year in a pretty sorry state, plenty of kerning and road rash on them. I instantly took them to a local refurbishing company and had the professionally over hauled. They were acid dipped, fully smoothed on the fronts, all corrosion repaired and then powder coated white. Since then I have added the RAYs decals to the spokes, can be easily removed if not your thing. I paid a small fortune for these, but cannot be sure they are genuine decals. The alloys also come with stainless chrome valve sleeves and caps. The tyres are the preferred Bridgestone 050A's. They have OK tread left, however due to the previous owner, and myself, running a lowered car the fronts are showing inner edge wear. Still fine through as its not covered over 25% of the tyres (I think thats the MOT ruling on them). These wheels are in REALLY good condition, there is a tiny mark on each wheel behind the tyre pressure valve, as it has been hitting against the rim of the alloy when driving. Or at least thats what I guess has happened anyway. One of the rear alloys has a small number of small bubbles towards the edge of the inner lip. I think these are just small air pops during the powder coating? I am being really picky here as they are small, and pretty much invisible when fitted to the car. Even the marks behind the valve caps are difficult to see. These wheels are gorgeous. I am looking for £500 collected from Bournemouth. I have tried to cover all angles with the pictures but if you would like any more please let me know. (EDIT) Just noticed that photo bucket has 'mis placed' the odd photo, one of the tyre pics are missing etc. i will add these when they re-surface FRONT x1 Front x2 REAR x 1 REAR x 2
  8. Had this sat in the garage since I sold the car, time to add this to the for sale collection. I spent the best part of 6 months sourcing, installing and fabricating this build and I was/still am over the moon with the finished article. Once installed the system is virtually invisible, which is what I was aiming for, and all parts look 'stock'. The touch screen sits behind the centre console cubby (above the HU) and was made to measure, it is also easily hidden when you close the cubby). The PC itself sits underneath the passenger 'glovebox' in the fake floor, to go above this I made a riser with a vent so you can still store things without damaging the PC. The small storage bin over the passengers shoulder was turning to a control panel with kill switches, reboot switches, LEDs and a temp gauge. Then the rear cubby (where the bluetooth module lives) I created a custom floor/moulded unit for some female USB and 3.5mm connections for charging phones, connecting devices etc. The full system details are below. The system comes with all Z interior plastics shown in the picture, all wires are as removed from the car, and correct lengths. So you can quite literally drop everything in very easily, and it is all VERY easy to reverse. I designed all wiring to be non destructive (the only snip is to the rear reverse bulb wire). The audio comes from the 3.5mm output jack on the PC which feeds into the stock BOSE unit via the iPod hack. The PC is (currently) set to boot up when you turn on the ignition and is booted up and playing music in around 11 seconds, it then auto shuts down when you turn off the engine. It hasn't put a foot wrong. Plays the usual music, movies (not that I have), Garmin Sat Nav Dash Command for clearing ECU codes, reading new fault codes and ODBII digital gauges (GTR Style currently) which are awesome for keeping an eye on the engine, even more awesome for cool points!! The reverse cam was excellent, had coloured grid guides to help show how close you were to things, and was wired up to come on the instant you engage reverse, whilst still playing music, then switch back to PC when you go back to neutral. Hardware. -Mini ITX Motherboard C8-HM70-M -Kingston 120GB SSD HD -4GB DDR3 RAM -Mini WiFi USB adatper -USB GPS receiver -Reverse camera -USB Bluetooth dongle -OBDII USB reader -7" Touchscreen -M2-ATX power supply/commander -USB panel -Temp gauge PC Runs Windows 7 Centrafuse Garmin Mobile PC DashCommand I'm sure I have missed things out but I will let the pictures do the talking below, will also load a video shortly. Taking into account all of the hardware up for grabs here, plus the time taken to source and build all the custom pieces I am not 100% sure how to price it. Looking for £500. Included in this price I will also install it for you (at my place!).
  9. Taken from a JDM model, we have both pieces of a JDM centre console with retractable cubby lid. These are super rare by all accounts. You get what you see in the pics, bottom heat stick surround and upper part that covers stereo and up to the triple gauges. The lid is opened with a press of the button as normal but then retracts into the dash (no flipping up and out like the UK spec). In very good condition and fits very well into the car. Looking at previous prices and general awesomeness of this piece I am looking for £140 including UK postage. gear surround top cubby Back
  10. I have a titanium system and cobra y pipe in the for sale section if you want a single box, twin exhaust and a LOT of cool points
  11. Yes, you will fit them quickly I'm sure. Buy them! Against my better judgement, PM on the way! Sold to that man
  12. Next up in the garage is my Samco coolant set (all 4 hoses and a matching keyring). This is in the increasingly popular orange colour Kit is used but in very good condition, has the odd mark at the end of the hose where the clamp was held on, but this does not effect anything and is hidden when you fit them to the car. I paid over £120 for these last year after debating over the cheaper ebay sets...however I concluded that cheap hoses might not be good enough quality, and its important that coolant stays IN your engine Looking for £75 including UK postage.
