I had to order them separately. You'd think for the amount we're spending grey would include mats! -
The Caravan Catcher v3.0 (370z) - MY17 Nismo!

Thanks Cray, I'm down near Bournemouth and the dealership was Westover. Have you done much to the MR2? I've more than my share or MK1 and MK2's over the years, wonderful cars! I like to keep myself busy with moddding but try to keep things subtle / OEM where I can. Let me know if you have any questions on anything I think the gloss black A pillars are my favourite mod to the car, they transform the look! Warranty wise, I agree with Will that I am taking a risk with Nissan here should anything go wrong *touch wood*. But I do not plan to do much do the car that would effect any serious claim, should arise. I won't be messing with the engine other than the exhaust, nor will I be messing with the suspension. I purchased the fog light from eBay seller CarLabTuning, I Hong Kong company I think. This fog light is available from many places, and comes in some very similar designs. It took maybe 2 weeks to arrive, but given the substantial cost difference (near half price) compared to a few that sell this in the UK I was more than happy to wait. They also provide smoked, red, or combo lens colours http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-1-Smoke-Lens-Rear-LED-Fog-Light-Brake-Backup-Reverse-09-up-Nissan-370Z-/361567536924?fits=Model%3A370Z&vxp=mtr&hash=item542f1ac71c -

Thanks Nub, I'm hoping it will be a good compromise of volume and sound. The rear boxes on the back of the Berk system are bigger than my old ARK system, but don't have the chambers. Time will tell, but I will more than likely remove the decats at the same time. Got a lot going on right now but hoping to install as soon as possible when things calm down. -
That was a great watch! I need to find out where that road is ready for our US trip next year! looks incredible

Pun intended? -
Can't say I've noticed a noise, but I've probably only had it kick in maybe 6 times since having the car. The first time it caught me off guard and i maybe pulled away quickly, but the brakes held for a split second. otherwise it's fine. I'll keep an ear out though for next time and report back
-
Stick with current wheels dude! way cooler than your recent purchase.
-
Other way round - I think it is only on the manuals. I have it on mine and it seems that it only kicks on when the car is on or above a certain gradient. I find that certain small hills do not seem to engage the assist, but the steeper hills do. Mine is great, it holds the brake for 2-3 seconds, or until you pull away. It sometimes takes a split second to realise I am trying to pull away before releasing but otherwise its great.

Be sure to get the right plate holder. Nismo bumpers are different, not sure if there is also a difference between the various GT bumpers.

I'm not in the market for these, but you might want to put your location if they are collection only. -

mattross1313 replied to MrMartinPGrant's topic in Photos
Great progression there mate! I took a very similar route but only had one 350..... Saying that it did have 2 engines, so I have kinds of had 4 Zeds!! Love my MY17 Nismo! I realty like the black addition to the rear bumper off your white 370. -
The boot is empty right now whilst I install sound proofing. But day to day the car will have the following scattered around the various cubby's: Jump leads Sunglasses Phone charger iPod for music Cloth for front screen IODB reader Mints Spare battery for the key fob (just incase) Various coins for parking

On my old 350 I ran 25/30mm spacers, with Eibach lowering springs (low!) and had no issues

And countless low ball offers for CASH in capital letters To be fair, Evo sold last week for very near asking price. Nice chap bought it via eBay. Although I had my share of silly messages. Swaps for an M5, Lancia Delta, low cash etc

The coming tax changes are only applicable to brand new cars (AFAIK). So the DE to HR difference will be the same as it always has been. I think the HR is the same as the 370 which is a smidge under £500

*** TORQEN *** 350z & 370z TORQEN DRL - FOG - BRAKE lights
mattross1313 replied to Adrian@TORQEN's topic in TORQEN
Hi Adrian, How does the fog light work if its wired as above? or is there another wire for the fog light not mentioned. The above wire colours don't describe how it's wired to the car? This is just telling you what colour wire on the fog light controls which bulb of the fog light. It is up to you what wires you then tap into on the car. For my setup I had an odd issue and ended up using the following setup: Red --> running lights (+) --> Vehicle side lights Green --> brake lights (+) --> Vehicle fog light White --> reverse lamp (+) --> Vehicle reverse light Black --> ground (-) --> Vehicle ground Which means when I turn on: My side lights, the low power red light of the fog light comes on. When I turn on my fog light switch, the bright red of the fog light comes on. When I select reverse, the white lights on the fog light come on I initially installed some diodes to use both braking and fog lights via the bright red of the fog light. But it didn't play ball as I expected. -
They look really well made!! Should make a cracking difference to your Europe trips thats for sure! The first pic of your alignment is quite amusing too

I had a cracking deal on an exhaust from ioneabee recently, and with some lucky logistics it finally arrived with me on Sunday! It needs a little polish up, and a quick weld repair to one if the mid pipes.... But I'm now the proud owner of a Berk Technology CBE. A pretty rare find in the UK by all accounts! First decision is whether or not to continue running the ART pipes as I fear they may be too loud. Will find out soon! I bought the kit as a catback system, but once I got it all in the living room it appeared to have a pair of cats anyway ..... I'll get my coat! -
[SOLD]2004 GM Coupe Manual 68k - The Shark For Sale

I didn't even notice that first time! That's a really classy mod!! great work Thanks! More of practical one than most of mine, super useful. Except you have to get out the car and walk around to the boot to get it. Don't ruin it -
This is making me want to go check mine out, will do it this week when its dry outside. I was able to see / drive my car prior to registration as the other half works at our Nissan Dealership. The day after the car arrived off the transporter we went down and took the car to Shell (to fill up with good fuel, not the cheap rubbish they would have used). The was exactly as it came from the factory - covered is protective film, paperwork and other bits and bobs. Our drive to Shell and back was VERY stiff and you could absolutely tell the spacers were still fitted. Since picking up the car it is noticeably softer so I am only hoping that mine is sorted. However I really can't understand how so many get left on the car. When I jumped in my car on the way to Shell, there were 2 A4 pieces of paper stuck to the inside of the windscreen with massive text telling the prep team about the shipping spacers. It is very much in your face in big shouty letters. I can only assume that the prep team on some cars don't (or can't) read the paperwork, so just rip out all the papers and wrapping and get the car ready for collection.
