If they are just another drug of choice instead of a means to quit, it wont be long before the chancellor wants his share believe me!
I quit lots of drugs over the years cigs being the last one I gave up.( 6 or 7 years ago not sure when)
Stopping is easy, deciding to is the hard part, you must really want to within yourself and not be bowing to outside pressure.
Even feeling you should quit wont do, it must be the right time for you. You must have decided to.
If you still enjoy it then carry on, I did for many years.
Now I would never smoke anything again. It revolts me just the smell on someone else, no cravings at all.
I'm Still on the beer tho. but running a hilly 53min 10K cross country at 52. cant be all bad
