  1. It could be that it hadn't gone into closed loop if it wasn't hot enough it will then put out a constant voltage of about 0.45 volts in open loop. Ill check it again tomorrow (Obviously this is being done by a passenger as I am busy driving) when I am not struggling with it going dark on me.
  2. Any air leak will be above the mot lambda as its up the tailpipe of the exhaust. The exhaust leaks are below both sensors on the car CO was 0.36% at first fast idle and then 0.73 at second -- passmark is at 0.2% lambda was sitting at 1.08 and 1.09 -- passmark is 0.97 to 1.03 HC is low at 33ppm I have put the original intakes back on and gone for a test drive Using Car Doctor Checking the lambda voltage at steady speed 60mph in 6th (closed loop) and bank 1 and 2 are different to each other Bank 1 was fluctuating up and down in a regular pattern from about 0.9v to 0.2v which I think is correct Bank 2 was a steady voltage with no fluctuation didn't get the reading though.
  3. Maybe had to get a new flash from uprev? if Abbey hadn't got one for that ECU. Normally done by email though.
  4. I have just found a small exhaust leak at the flanges half way down the exhaust on both sides. This could be pulling air giving a high Lambda but what about the high CO?
  5. Hi Guys, I have just failed an MOT on CO emissions with the lambda sensor being thrown out on both the fast and slow idle. I have a fault code P2A03 pending which I checked after the fail which reports on O² sensor bank 2 pos 1 which I believe is an air fuel ratio sensor. The question is is it being thrown out of range by the intake system? I can just change it but its an expensive part if it turns out to be something else. Your help would be appreciated.
  6. Could do, but the android pc will allow everything you do on your smart phone through the play store ans all your current apps will be available along with email google maps etc etc. Not really up with the Pi either
  7. I was using this http://www.ebay.co.u...edcd1aa57 Quad core 8 gig stick with the "RK3188 A9" chip but the ROM was unstable so its been returned but the post office seem to have lost it even though its tracked...... I have just had this http://www.amazon.co...i_detailpages00 one cancelled by amazon as its out of stock "T003 A10S" its a single core but has an AV composite out as that will stop me having to use a converter from HDMI I am using a mini wifi keboard/mouse http://www.ebay.co.u...=item2c7f4696f9 which works well and sits behind the sun visor when not in use to use the apps as I havent got the touch screen linked in yet - Dash out again I expect! This AV converter was useless and went back also http://www.ebay.co.u...=item2598181832 So I'm now looking for another mini PC to use, preferably with an AV composite output. The search continues......
  8. Thats the HKS Camp2 system which is about $600 Its essentially the same as what I will achieve for about £80. Ill have an android stick pc linking to an obdII reader via wifi input through the av on the OEM monitor with the handbrake and speed sensor bypassed. This will then run carista or torque etc on the inbuilt screen while the car is moving. I had it all rigged last week but have sent back the android stick for a different one as it kept freezing. I also need a better HDMI to av composite converter as the resolution of the one I have is not good enough. Ill post a list of the bits once I have them sorted.
  9. Not much different to guagecraft really apart from you will have to pay VAT when you import your finished parts back into the uk. if you have them done in the states.
  10. been looking at doing this for the last few weeks. getting an android pc in the car which links to and displays on the OEM head unit. nearly there Just got to get the screen resolution bettter
  11. Sent mine onto lemansZ last june sometime
  12. If you are going for a face colour change then get them to do the Triple guages too (oil and volts etc) They dont include it in their std dial faces but will do free of charge if you ask nicely and insist thats what you would like.

  17. I hope you have had the faces made by Black Cat Custom Automotive;. That's where I got them - Cant fault their work.. They are not in Canada though they are in New York State.USA
  18. The clocks have to be taken apart completely needles off and face out etc etc. to change the LED's They then have to be calibrated when putting them back together. For that you need a 350z to plug them into. If I were to do my 350 again now I would put colour changing LED's into it with white needles on black gauge faces. Have a look at gaugecraft and speak to Bob he's a very nice guy I learned a lot from him on how to do mine. He even gave me a few of his secrets for free.
  19. I can do it but cant test it as i dont have a 350 any more. See my threads on my white dial blue led conversion
  20. I have a set of rear and front for sale. Think they are the same conceptua ones.. Stamped on the head with grade but cant remember if its 8.8 or 12.2 PM Me for a good price as I dont have a requirement for them any more.
  21. I'm Not upset Mine are a lovely yellow to match the yellow speed coilovers. Now I have a collection of yellow things in the office. Hoping to get them on the car at some point
