I bought the new Acer A500 last week (on android) and its fantastic, i tried them all in this price bracket and found this one to be the best. I am very anti apple but i also tried the ipad and was seriosly considering it until i tried the acer.I found the ipads browser speed to be very slow, no extentable memory and no usb didnt help matters. Hi Thinking of replacing the standard head unit (Bose) for somthing with an mp3 aux and more control over sound (not just bass/treble) How do the standard speakers react to a new head unit? will i get improved sound just with a head unit in the short term or will i need speakers too as i am unimpressed with the sound quility so far My only concern is that i may lose the flush look that the standard unit provides, does anyone have any pics of off the shelf units in their Z? Guys ... this is a supercar! Surely if running costs are an issue then its not the car for you, If you buy any super/hyper car then you can afford it no matter what! Thats why guys like me buy the 350z ... its a helluva car for family hatchback money...end of!

Funny how fuel consumption varies ...£150 got me 510 miles, I got between 20-25 mpg on the roadtrip with some very sprited driving along the way, some of the journey (through the twisty single track roads) i was driving 4th only! I have never seen better than 26mpg on any journey so far K

Lol .... it was getting a bit pesky, so i befriended him!

Drove it before i got the z, We never actually put them against each other ...but we both agreed they were pretty evenly matched especially on these roads, hold them in 4th and let th v6 do the work, not much in them....the golf may hav a bit more low down grunt but once the z hits 4000rpm its away! great trip, great cars!
