tinting is alot harder in my opinion well unless the tint film has changed in recent years windows need to be ubber clean, and its a b*tch getting the air bubles out, side windows should be easy the rears are always nearly a pita to do due to the size and curves but there is alot of black border on the rear zed window to lose the bubbles in, back in the day when tinting by hand the back always used to be done in 2 or more strips and you loose the join in the heating elements, i havent actually done it on a zed as mine came tinted so may be easier than the old cars i used to do it on and the tinting film may be better these days to

In the picture there is both a catch can and a ps ressie. Both were fitted in the end the connector i was unsure of was for emptying the catch can Gold badges have def gone they are just black now

They should indeed but it seems the earlier versions of the PS ressie had one wrong size outlet on them and was a common fault which has been rectified i believ on the later models, teach me for trying to get a bargin from the states no way to return without costing a fortune.

At the moment im swaying towards black with diamond cut lip, also my mate has is a wheel refurbisher but now only powdercoats doesnt spray anymore i have read somewhere a few horror stories of powder coating rays is there any truth to this its hard getting any facts and not conjecture i noticed alex powder coats rays so makes me think it is safe to do so, but my question is do i powder coat or spray i been quoted 230 to powder coat and diamond cut the set. RE the rare JDM cover i am a bit unsure on it myself, cant work out if i like it or not

Not much of an update in way of the build but just an update to the list of parts waiting to go on durring the winter carbon wrapped a few little peices thanks to wrap from RTBiscuit and added a Abbey Sticker also from RT. Then on saturday went and picked up the beauties below thanks to "Steve 350Z" i found my self just sitting staring at these for about 20mins after taking the photos so happy Now I have to work out do i go A silver with diamond cut B All Black C Black with diamond cut or D anthacite with diamond cut what are other peoples opinions and anyone decent with photoshop that could show me each option on a black v2 nismo 350Z would be most appreciated

Also check the exhaust sheild above the back box has a tendancy to come loose

I had one in the end i had to cut the heat sheilds of the bottom of the cats, and that solved the issue Just read you put decats on so cant be those heat shields

Well i have got the indicators sitting in a box ready to go on since last october, i have finally bought myself a rather different Z shed to carry out the work this winter of fitting a nismo kit etc i am gonna finally fit them soon.

not a direct answer to your question but i have mine so they dim to the lowest setting when the headlights turn on, not because i forget to turn them on mind u i just dont like the dash lights to be bright when it gets dark.

no problem better it went to someone that used it rather than sitting on a side doing nothing looks good in black too.
