Do LED ones just go straight into the normal bulb holder? Edit: just had a look online. I might change the interior ones too. Anybody recommend interior ones too the ones above the rear view mirror. Ok so my rear plate bulbs ..or one of them anyway has died so was gonna replace the two at the same time. Can anybody recommend the brighter LED or whatever they are ones that would just go right in but still do a good job of lighting up the plate? Are they legal? (Assuming so since they seem to be on a lot of bmws now). Thanks for any help

Its the front I think which is the problem, I seen it in polished black from a rear 3/4 view and it looks the part. That red and black bonnet pic doesn't help mind you haha, but yeah the fronts a bit high on the profile and a bit too fussy 'front on'. However I do agree with Richf, will be a future bargain I think

Now although the link is just off the net, its just to give the idea, but I just saw a black RC F coupe pulling into a petrol station while passing earlier today. I've always kinda like it. I know its heavy and slower than its competition, but as a 'statement' its one hell of a looking car, seeing one in the flesh, all polished up to hell' it looked fantastic, like no other coupe. In the flesh it makes the reasonably good lookin M4 look so tame and dull. Anyone else seen them in the flesh?

Check for suspension knocks, I've had to replace all of my arms, bushes near enough at the front, a few are on used and still doing well despite a very minor noise on large bumps (touch wood) lol I don't get the CD skip (maybe jumped a couple of times on reeeeally cold weather but fine otherwise). Don't think theres any oil issues with the HR just check its there and in decent condition and check the history. You might get the slow 'jerk' from what apparently is the ECU cam sensor thingy or something... but I think its just your luck depending on the car, mines does it but it doesn't cause any issue.

Looks good, just do the usual and have a check on here for the normal common faults,although the HR is much better than earlier ones.

All SUV's suck in the looks dept...maybe exception the range rover but I think they've done a not bad job, certainly better anything than BMW Merc or Audi can come up with

What exactly does doing the HFC ...do? What benefit is there? (Im not mechanical lol) All I ever see is problems on this about doing it and failed MOTS ... why would you bother, just stick to normal and put an exhaust on it ..no?

If you need an upgrade I just put a vid up on this section with the Scorpion/Cobra combo sound. Not too far from stock but def better.

Just on the off chance (as I looked for stuff like this) anyone is considering any of the above, just a little vid of my Scorpion exhaust system with Cobra Y-Pipe. It's been on for ages now but thought I'd put a sound clip up for anyone looking into those parts in the future. Bit raspy as cold but that does go away. I usually hate Ferrari interiors but its ok. Since its mentioned (despite the...inner child supercar thing etc) I find pagani and koneinesseeeggsgsgafjad interiors to be a bit of a mess tbh. For some reason the rear end reminds me of the 456 and I don't know why, cos its not the same shape but those lights and the kinda shunted back look to it, I dunno I like it and prob will look good in person or 'real' photos. I hate these kind of marketing pics that make them look like a cartoon as such

*stares at dash pic*..... where exactly are people looking?? lol Besides the sides having some lines on it which you....very slightly might go... oh there like Ferrari seats, the dash is 100% Ferrari, I've never seen a Lambo looking like that lol. It just looks like a trimmed down FF/California interior

Aw you all suck :lol: I know theres better looking but still looks good to me. Still rather have a DB9 or something but I wouldn't say no! Its nothing like a one series,you can vaguely use the rear end profile as an example otherwise nothing like it lol

I'm not a Ferrari fan much but always liked things like the 550, 456 and these days I quite liked the FF and now its 'replacement' is this and yes I think its the business. Looks great as they haven't put a million fussy styling bits in it just some well placed 'dents' in the shape, looks good, I quite like the rear too.
