Just watched those vids, yep saw you holdin' it off... lol The one with the 355 spyder ...(cos thats what you'd bring to a track day... an open top car, with no roll cage, that your helmets seem to sit about the windscreen...mmm) it didn't look like the 355 was pulling too much infront of you! (makes me feel good about wanting the 300 (296..yeah whatever, close enough lol) model!

Oooof!! Just seen this thread, read through and watched the Vid. Nice vid Neil btw! I've done the whole "how fast is it" thread myself, been on here for a bit now, but watching that vid.... still gives a shock. It looks like the Zed struggles to keep up with the Clio (yes i realise its stripped etc. If not would the Zed simply pass it??). You've no idea watching that how much I choked for 2:00 to come... i'm sittin watching it thinking... "Go on! Go on!!... god dammit GO ON MY SON!!" lol!.My mate has a Clio 182....and I HAVE had a shot in it. My impressions were... how god awfully cheap they were and felt inside, like it would fall apart. BUT it is RAPID... to put it childishly...even if..when floored things shake, rattle and roll lol Didn't think it'd show a Zed some heels though. Thank god the power surged up and got passed lol. Still not put me off though... Thats whats appealing about the Zed, speed, power, luxury (and I don't mean like...Audi BMW, special cows a*rse leather...I mean the essentials of more kit, leather seats, cruise, heated seats, air con, decent dash layout), and the LOOKS. Spec other cars to that level...even the metal pedals on other cars!... and your lookin' 10-20K more when they were new. You won't feel short changed going from a Clio to the Zed, and track wise... I'm sure it'll still put a smile on your face.

+1 on that. Gets on my nerves, do they not realise how much you can actually miss a dark coloured car at night when its just the sidelights??

Is it just me or do you think the LED's make it a bit... cheap looking. Looks good on Audis and some others, but I hate that manufacturers are slapping them on all ways, wherever they'll fit. Lets hope so. I'll be after a silver 300 about 20-35K on the clock. And in terms of carding.. dunno if I could do it for two reasons... 1. can't be bothered lol....2. they'd catch you and go ...WTF YOU UP TO NEAR MY CAR?!... Get back in your 'hoover' coupe and bugger off!

Not knocking them either, my m8 has a ...striking orange one (I couldn't do it... lol) ST-3 with all the kit, but its spoiled when you jump inside your 220 odd brake beast!.....Annnnnd then realise your sittin in a focus with 3 random dials on the top of the dash and some snug seats... dissapointment lol. The Zed definatly feels special. Focus in my mind just doesn't. If your eyes don't line up with your door mirrors and you have to look down at them... your in the wrong kinda car or... your just too tall for it

27K on the clock, uk car 05' for only £6995? Wouldn't even go near it. All others at that year are usually higher I think. Somethings not right lol

Won't be hanging about either, soon as that cheque clears its... immediatley looking to buy lol. Trust me...when I get one... YOU'LL KNOW I don't get why theres quite a few about and there not on here... c'mon... lol Theres at least 6 Z's that kick about round or near where I live/drive about. Lazy buggers lol.

Just back from Wishaw, saw a silver coupe drive by the BP/Sportsdirect (i was waiting to get out) with bodykit parts, then at wishaw cross, black V11 ... coupe. Very nice
