....start running. lol Its not the car.... i'd be like this with ANY next car lol. Was the same with the coupe, grilled the guy, had him put the car on a proper ramp so my mechanic could look at it etc lol. I'm maybe too thorough and think too much of things, it could be safe to say...

..... Cos i'm a paranoid bas....lol Spose your right, the Coupes are generally good... but i had bad luck with the c;utch release bearing... had to do it myself.. so meh. Only thing i had done under warranty...handbrake and sunroof clip... eventually i removed it myself.. Hmm... I may have to just 'man up' check the car thoroughly and go with it. As you've said .. ive not heard much going wrong with the zeds... and if so its earlier 03 odds models.. hm. Maybe i just want reasurance? pml. Plus with a loan I CAN by an HR lol

Hmmm, fair enough. ok then.... buying a warranty from warranty direct or something. Just to give me a years peace of mind into it. worth it? If i'm gonna do a loan, probably will think very seriously on private but.... yeah..the warranty issue thing. hm. Any suggestions? Although i could use my head... get a loan thats 2 grand more than i need...and keep it so to speak (as ill be paying the loan) for any unseen hitches? (usually a gooood saving on what i would have taken out for a dealer price).

Can't believe I've just seen this thread..... i'm well printing some of those leaflets and sticking them in the car for when an opportunity arises.... lol Although could be a bit dodgy with a private plate if they remembered who they parked next to...then get a leaflet calling them an ....well you know..

I know, i know....sorry lol Ok, on the finance thing... spent a decent amount of time talking to my m8 who works for a bank on better ways to pay the car. Namely among such is a loan, which is cheaper and would also let me incorporate my credit card thing and be paid off pretty quick...so think i'll be looking down that route..so thats fine. In terms of the car... I know it sounds stupid but... I want some sort of comeback... so kinda (even tho probably dearer) would like a main dealer of some sort and some sort of warranty. Preferrably Alex Noble n' son Edinburgh but anyone would do, even another company. With little 'dealers' i don't see much of a come back if somesthing up. Whereas (done it before) main dealers usually are a bit more helpful-ish. I may be being hugely paranoid but... well, I don't have a lot of techy know how so...if something goes i'd like a bit of a warranty somewhere. I suppose I could buy private and then buy a warranty? Anyone ever done that and got a decent one? I hear good things about that 'quentin wilson' warranty direct thingy? *And yep Tranquill I did see that one, but obviously a bit worried due to it being a 'wee dealer'. How much d'you think I could get that down to, cos i would not want to pay £12K, I'd want a 'bit' off that to make it a bit more managable. 06-07 am lookinn for. Rev up. HR was 57' onwards wasnt it the 313. I want the facelift but the budget will only get me a rev up lol well, wht i want to pay a month anyway. And yes.... I am paranoid lol

Ooooh heres a question! So I'll be buying off a dealer... how might I know that its been run on higher octane? I mean with the knock sensor etc... what would it do if it had been run on the 'wrong' octane... eg. if i test drive it, will it feel sluggish towards certain revs etc? Anything that might help me look out for this. Be horrid if i bought a car that had the knock sensor on due to 95 ron... thanks!

Not a zed, but in my Coupe the release bearing went ...which led immediatly to a f*oked clutch... bad luck indeed. Never knew it made a noise like that though on a car??

I hate that, doesn't matter what car you have I think, theres always some noob wanting to park right next to you...even if your...at the back of the car park lol. When the Zed enters service i'm gonna wrap it in bubblewrap and place cones around it every time i go near a shop lol

Seen that before, think theres a gd few parts to the documentary thing... interesting the way it goes over every detail of the Zed

On autotrader thers a dealer that seems to have bought a pile of em. Theres like 8 odds for sale from the same one n they all look mint. Only issue i have with major travel is... I need to drive down to let thm see the the coupe to let me know how much they'll give me for it, then drive bk home then back dwn to pick up. Bit of a pain when a lot are like 250-300 miles

Thats not even funny lol. Only thing that will get on ma nerves is.. Get the car paid off, ready to go... But nothing near me for sale.. Or that i want . Could be waitin a bit lol. But trust me...it WILL be a Zed lol

Silver preferrably (ill take the classy gray if its a good all rounder).... i just like silver ok lol 06-07 facelift... only years ill get on my budget probably. 35K mileage... tryin to stay away from 40...but really should i be that bothered about this? lol GT...obviously! Oh yes, after god knows how many on-going crappy posts... Its the 15th (for some who may have paid attention... prob most not ) which means payday, which means tomorow I transfer money to one bank, phone Santander the next...and say what?... a few days to the confirmation comes through that my cars paid off?... Coming off the motorway (being chased by a new A5...) and I meet Tranquilbass coming up the other slip road infront of me lol. In a rush to get to the bank and this Audi would NOT be moved despite nothing being infront or to the side... then moves over i go.. he chases..and not very well... why do people do that? I don't want a race I just want home..lol) That exhaust sounds brilliant btw! Like how you gunned it up the hill... wish I was getting one soon.. oh but wait....
