  1. HA HA HA .... Nah, I think they look GREAT.... just thought the pigs may argue the other way... Like I can talk with my 9's on the back of mine... You can't even see them from the side of the car! People should have to take competency tests before they "upgrade" alloys.
  2. Sorry... must just be my crap eyes and the small pics... Looks like they are sticking out miles on the rear... Must just be me!

  10. Which in turn may also bump up your insurance...
  11. Following the success of the last raffle... Tarmac is running another one for the last place on his 5/16 Plenum Spacer order! There are 30 tickets for sale.... at only £5 each!?!?! Winner will be picked at random by a MOD and will only have to pay P&P to get it delivered to them. This is being ordered-in specially, so lead time is about 4 weeks, ready to be fitted in the warmer weather in January We will get all the names first... then everyone will pay... then we will pick the lucky number. If the required number of tickets are not allocated, the raffle will be canceled. As you can see, I won the last one! I recommend you buy two tickets, like I did to enhance your chance of winning! 12. You think YOU are getting hammered? We have a few "kids" on here... under 20! Work out from how much yours is, how much they are paying... I bet it is at LEAST double, if not triple your premium! Oh... and welcome to the forum! You given up being a donor? Or are you still part of the "Power Ranger" club?
  13. Lets do another one but can someone else organise it -I am back to work now. I can organise one... just tell me what you want to raffle Could be tradition.. the person who wins organises the next one
  14. First feedback for any "OEM" lights.... Negative feedback - LED fog's lo power, 1 LED u/s, 1 brake lite no connection. NOT OEM, Not reliable Kinda says it all...
  15. Disagree not just because I have a trip. The zed is lovely auto as if your using it as the daily it's perfect. The low down grunt means it's effortless and when you want to make progress sport mode is great. Boot the accelerator and away you go. I say the large torque zed is ideal for a sports auto then say an s2k. The s2k would make an awful auto as it comes alive much higher up(honestly not a dig rich) just the nature of the beast. That's why the s2k is very involving I suppose. The triptronic is also great when your on the b roads or on track. Flick it to go up or down and it's sequential once you get used to it, it's great. I recon Honda know that their power band is higher up... so I am pretty sure if you hit the loud pedal, it won't change up till 9-12ish k Yeah, drive both. Decide yourself... IMHO.. If you want a more relaxing motor to drive (why are you buying a Zed anyway?) then get an auto, with the ability to boot it as well. But to get the most out of the car... you either need manual... or at LEAST Tiptronic...
  16. HA HAHA ... Hilarous! I only found out about this when I got a PM from Tarmac saying he was sorry for taking so long to ask me for the £5 postage! WOO HOO!!!! Cheers for all the thanks peeps... I hope they allow the bonnet to open as far as I want them too... or there may be ANOTHER raffle for "Used only once" Carbon Fiber bonnet struts
  17. Another thing to say.... If you are taking your time and thinking this much about it ... You are probably doing the right thing mate! It obviously means a lot to you...
  18. Yup... you need a certificate to show it's worth.... Preferably by a jeweler you DIDN'T buy it from. Tam's is covered by our house insurance, as a listed item. Make sure you speak to them about it! Also, sounds daft, but a decent safe is always a good investment. We have one, it's fire and flood proof. So you keep your insurance policies in it too. As well as birth certificates. and the ring... till you swap it out for your wedding certificate
