The Law On No More Tax Discs From October 2014.

Should be interesting for me when I buy stock then! I'm taking it that means any used car dealer better have an off road plot to perch their wares upon? -
another question for the fitness and diet gurus!

Squee for the love of fook do not take Creatine! -
This with a dash of what Dan said. Youre the closest so you're getting the brunt because there's no one else to blame. However there comes a time mate when standing on your own 2 feet might just be the ticket for both of you.

Subaru Legacy is pretty well thought of as well as a family lugger isn't it?

What ever you replace the Z with don't but anything German!!
Ricey replied to gangzoom's topic in Other Cars
Oil filter housing gasket failure. 'Twas the one thing I had wrong with that hateful Z4. Pretty much the only non consumable problem that can go wrong with that engine and I had it 3 months into 6 months of ownership! -
Jetset has the same problem on a Clio of his daughters. Clay was the only thing that got it off. Having also detailed Jetset and Caroline's zed's I'm also going to say that claybar is the only thing that will remove it as they both park under a row of conifers! There was more sap than car!

Any Guitarist on here? looking for new guitar!
Ricey replied to hensh65's topic in Off Topic Discussion
I've got an Ephiphone Les Paul ......as far as copy brands go they're spot on to be fair. Very powerful sound of them. My old man is just having his 1960 Fender Strat USA refurbished. He's got a 1959 SG sat under the bed as well! Sadly I'm fairly crap at playing otherwise I'd liberate it! -
Is that Do Luck?

Stevo this is what I was saying to you. The small changes you are making (whilst honing your knowledge and what your body wants and needs) WILL make you lose an utter shitload of weight really quickly. Just remember it will plateau. I genuinely reckon your gonna shead 2 stone in a month if you just keep the diet majorly tweaked and do a bit more excercise. Try not to stress too much that every last thing you put in your gob is going to make you lose weight. A double serving of healthy cereal is a damn sight better than one bowl of a crap one for example.

Love love love this!

Enlarge mate......and obviously this is a rough rule of thumb..........if it tastes in anyway sweet don't eat it. If it walked, flew or swam then eat all of the bits that propelled it and none of the wobbly bits If it's white and grew in the ground or is derived from something that grew in the ground it's probably not your friend If it's green and grew anywhere nom it .......nom it good. If it's alcoholic just make sure you drink enough to make you chuck up your food. If it's in a can and isn't tuna it's probably not part of your diet.

Good for bulking Bad for weight loss. The sauce is just liquid sugar. 11% of someone who's not looking to lose weights RDA in one can.

WD40 is awesome for almost every job except the one that most people buy it for! Freeing up nuts. Great for cleaning an engine bay!

Always remember if your skinny it's a knackersack harder to put good weight on so you'll both **** losing it.

FYI it's pretty much 14 stone. It was never going to be a competition for me, you added the poll Just figured two people doing it for a month and tracking it would be easier than on your own we can both Moan about how hungry we are Ps day one is tomorrow #teamtarmac yea as i said last night, Have i got a bit excited a bit too quick after all this and loose like half a stone ill have to sell the car and buy a kia as could never live it down My prediction you'll lose 2 stone in a month if you cut all that sugery shite out of your diet and excersise. Trufax.

I'd work on the basis of small changes. You don't like a lot of 'good' things for you so we need to introduce them slowly. Take the advice above and start to introduce it into your lifestyle. You need to socialise so instead of drinking pints of beer, switch to vodka and a diet mixer or if it's more of a 'beer' situation a bottle instead of a pint. If of socialise a lot try and knock the ale on the head at least half of the time. Breakfast is clearly a key meal so make sure that's your most healthy to start off. Make small adjustments to lunch and dinner. Cut a snack out here and there. Never ever eat after midnight as you'll start spawning furry creatures from your bottom. Drinking some ultralife detox will do you no harm. You need to drink lots of water with it and you'll in the least polite terms I can fathom 'shat for England'. It spring cleans the guts which is never a bad thing. However you MUST do all of this on a schedule. If you do too much at once you might just think 'balls' and quit. If you do too little you prob won't see too much improvement and thing 'balls' and quit. Depends who you are mentally. If you might want the hole hog immediate lifestyle change but it sounds like you need to learn a little about what works for you and what you can cope with. Just giving an example about what I'm on about - brown bread. Now I'm not saying don't eat bread but maybe what you need to do is to not worry about eating bread until you understand more about it and what it does to your body......but maybe what you should do is eat brown bread instead. If you decide bread is really causing you to hold weight then cut it out or down. Also for the love of god remember sometimes when you've been eating really well and losing weight really fast you will plateau and stop losing weight at the same rate. At this point you will jam a Krispy Creme donut down your gob and when you weigh in .....you'll have lost weight. This is some sort of calorie shifting thing that I can't explain technically but I think it's something to do with it firing you metabolism up. Don't fall for it!

Why does my Zed seem to polarise reactions?
Ricey replied to twobears's topic in Off Topic Discussion
I still don't understand It's an Internet forum saying. To be 'in before the lock' is to identify that a thread will quickly get out of hand and be locked by a moderator. Correcting guessing an IBTL proves that you are an Internet forum stalwart and also an annoying smug git -
Grundy I am mates with you on facebook ain't i? I wouldn't have out your over 12! You'll lose this if it's a straight stones/kgs challenge. However I think you should be looking to eat well and get ripped instead so you can pull all these girls your always flirting with on FB

Is it too early for an IBTL? -
Back box will be fine for a bit of noise. Add Berks HFCs and it'll be pretty stunning.

Pretty much failed to answer your question there. In a nutshell - provided you can earn enough to keep above water self employment wins every single time for me.
-
Here's a genuine question Mr Ricey, do you find you work a feck ton harder now you aren't some paper shuffling, stapler thumping office monkey? I'm long term planning to go self employed to get away from the large company / office environment as I find it really doesn't suit me one bit! Mentally no Physically yes However as I'm only just building my business up I don't have work every day so I do feel like I'm loafing around a bit. If I had detailing work every day I reckon I'd be shattered. That rangie I did on Friday totally decked me on Saturday. I could barely keep my eyes open. Also there's the issue of not having a regular income and training your brain not to worry. I had maybe a 3 week period this month where I had no work......I mean nada. Didn't sell a car ........ Nothing. Turns out this month is probably my most profitable to date on the basis of one mental week!
