Doesn't sound like any classic balancing issues if it kicks off occasionally and continues right through to stopping.
Balancing tends to rear it's head at a specific speed and back off as you slow down or speed up.
Drive shafts might be a good place to check but not sure why it would be so intermittent.
You've got hydrodipping, custom colours, polished plenums, painted plenums, polished strut with painted/hydrodipped feet, painted struts........the world my friend is your lobster.
Plastics are a good place to start.
Thank god that lot landed safely!
Engine cover went out today mate......at the 4th time of trying!
What a bloody job that lot has been. I seem to recall years ago holding you in high esteem for painting those bits with a rattle can......I could have throttled you for doing it after 4 hours on the blasting cab!
I wouldn't admit to that sorry haha. Anyway check this out as your right on the doorstep if you haven't already and get yourself along. Click on link below for the 2015 Wales meet.

Not far from us either if you ever want it hand washed properly!
Depends what you want done.
I charge £20 for a mini valet 'proper wash' which includes interior, £45 for a full valet and £100 for a full detail
You certainly wouldn't want a full detail every 2 weeks! You'd have no paint left on a 350 in a month!
We've seen some pretty horrendous mobile jobs and some very tidy ones.
If they use crap paint it can turn out horrendous and cause major issues when decent paint is used on top of it.
Left my job of 8 years with nothing to go to, 3 month notice period and ended up on gardening leave after shaving a Hitler moustache into my beard and threatening to come into work (German bank).
Best
Feeling
Ever
Spent 5 months arsing round the southern hemisphere and now I run my own business tinkering with cars.
Couldn't really be much happier to be honest.
They probably unnecessarily removed the exhaust and cats etc.
Name and shame to save other forum members similar pain.
~
I done my cats and exhaust in about half hour lol. still not 9 hours worth!
Could run into may extra hours if they snapped the cat bolts and studs.
Perhaps they had to do it twice if car would not start after fitting the fly incorrectly.
Alex.
Yep we managed that the first time lol!
Didn't charge more though......your dock up, your time, your learning curve. Not the customer.
Poor little sod. I'll try and help however I can mate.
Give the geographics of the traders say the Friday raffles we used to do but do them individually for high value stuff. They worked quite well back in the day.
Reckon we could raise a fair bit of cash like that,
Or have an auction at a meet but you'd need a big meet to get the best out of it.
Oh also the wishbone bushes are mega common. You can check it by gripping hold of a spoke on the wheel and yanking it back and forth.
Can't link from my phone but if you search revolve automotives YouTube channel I think there's a video on there of us doing it
If it's that loud I'm surprised you've not heard it before and it's got worse if it's a bearing.
Bearings are a good place to look with droning noises though.
My lifestyle is now exceptionally modest but that's the flip side of trying to set a business up I guess.
Quite honestly I just haven't got a clue because money is so up and down in the motor trade.......all I'd say is that anyone who's considering changing industries and going from employed to self employed needs to be afraid.....be very afraid!
Much as I love it, it's pretty much terrifying on a weekly basis as to what work you'll get etc.
Cam cover gaskets are quite common to fail.
Erratic idle will be a process of elimination if the car isn't throwing an EML but a good diagnostic as Graham said will help.
Ideally when it's idling erratically you want to pull each coil pack in turn.....if he engine idles worse then it's a good coil. If there is no change then you may have found your dodgy coil.
