^always useful to 'pop in' for an update when such things are being carried out.
We get it all the time at our place....provided people don't mind hearing hither to unheard of levels of swearing we're quite happy for them to pop in.

Dead honest mate. We'd probably charge the same but that's because we're nice!
Virgin panel is pretty easy to work with. Not sure if the zed are a nice easy bolt off job or what but if they weren't too tricky we'd just fit it all in

Mother of God! It wasn't Kwik Fit who advised you of that was it!
Absolutely no fecking way allow that to stay in there!
Box needs to come off and it needs taking out.
Jake have you heard the K1 in the flesh?
I only ask as it sounds horrendous and it's a pretty poor quality item in terms of build (cheap though).
Scorpion will give a better more subtle noise and Cobra will give a more K1 style noise without being too grim.
Seriously dude living with a K1 day in day out will break your brain (and IMHO ruin the sound of your car)
Certainly in terms of the wing that is neither an easy or inexpensive job pal.
If the job was coming into us we'd need to take the rust off. Prime and base coat rusted area and blend out into the wing, blend into the front bumper and theoretically blend out into the bonnet but in all honesty we'd try and avoid that. Blending is done as the paint will look different as you'll never replicate the spray pattern of the machine in the factory. Paint on zed plastic bumpers/metal panels is notoriously hard to get to match (hence some factory cars looking mismatched......azure in particular is a right git)
Entire wing would be clear coated and bumper blended out to a line near the front.
If you are thinking of using rattle cans I reckon it'll look an abortion to be honest dude.
We'd be charging around £300. 'Dumb' repairers will do it at your house for prob £150.
Lastly as someone mentioned above........once rot is in its very very hard to permanently get shut of it.
Tuned for 95 so use 95 pal.
You won't lose any power by using 95 and you won't gain any by using 97.
Pouring money down the drain using a higher rated fuel than you need
Helpful!
I really don't get it, Dave, all parts on the TORQEN BBK are manufactured in the same factory for us.
Am I missing something?
I must admit I was a bit lost with this but I think I get it now. You supply your own branded lines?
Literally the biggest legal con in he modern world insurance is.
Get hit by someone.
Don't make a claim
Suck up a £480 a year loading.......what an absolute load of bollocks
Personally I'd get the Klasse with a microfibre applicator. Wrap the bottle in the microfibre and slat in in the bin looking at the state of that beading!
For me I'd of just apologised and explained to them that you were a bit worried with it being late at night and you meant no offence.
Assuming you were fairly confident they were genuine that is.
As for nicking wheel......who actually nicks a wheel these days? First thing I do with my car is take the lockers off......there a pain in the bloody arse.
Up at our place. Dropping some parts off for another member and parked in a completely empty car park to which someone parked next to him, went in the electrical supply place, whacked his car door open and buggered off.
Fat slothenly gimps!
Christ I've just noticed the original post says very clearly gloss!
Sorry chaps. Opaque is definitely for matte and satin finishes.
Again though the wrapping company round the corner from us still will only use Swissvax but it'll prob be the normal stuff rather than Opaque
