Sorry mate I'm really confused.........is what a sign that the car is likely to fail its MOT? If you mean 'never in use due to problems' is why it has low milage how the hell are we going to know that!!!!

  4. To test drop links just unbolt them (car is still safe) and go for a little drive. Sounds simple but they can be an unholy bugger to get off so a good soak in penetrating fluid might help. Not sure that it sounds like a droplinky type noise though to be honest. I'd have it in the garage - I've never heard any noises like that when clutching.

I have taken the liberty of performing some editing to your post Good job matey
  8. Absolutely - if its a big corp who make a **** up then I say its fair game. Its either through system issues (christ how I love systems) or through employing 12 year old retards who couldn't care less. For the little man its a bit different - an honest mistake shouldn't be exploited.
  9. Fair play..............your getting shafted
  10. you don't use the highway then? Isn't that Road Tax?
  11. But all of those things are your choice Aye but you do have the option to use those things (NHS isn't covered by council tax though). This is on a Nottingham Council website but I assume its same across the country http://cms.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/home/ ... payfor.htm
  12. That sounds like a rebranding. The bandings are a right load of crap........weren't they all done in the 60's or something by some surveyors curb crawling round in cars instead of doing a proper assessment (hence why you end up with 4 bed houses in the same tax bands as 2 bed houses).
  13. Christ lets not start that debate off again! Those bloody brake discs on ebay nearly caused NATO to get involved in the ensuing fall out.
  14. More chance of you lot successfully running a campaign to get me elected as the next Prime Minister under the guise of the 'The Equality for Degu's Party' than you have of receiving that item. I'll actually bet you the deeds to my left testicle (my favorite one) that you won't.
  15. Pretty much buddy. Keep an eye out for a good one just make sure you don't rush into buying anything. Rtbiscuit went the other way so he may be able to give some insight on the comparison for running costs.
  16. I guess its all about how do you legally determine that someone is not depressed about the situation rather than making an informed decision about ending their life. You wouldn't let every depressive take their own life (in fact isn't it even against the law to try and top yourself?) - there again who wouldn't be depressed at being in that sort of situation.

    any good????

Don't think there's much comparison tbh.. The Nismo and fujitsubo exhaust are very similar but you won't find a new one of those on eBay for the price of a pair of trainers. It's horses for courses, personally I prefer buying brand named stuff always have. Im the same with clothes, I just like it that way. Exhaust may be fine, if I needed to replace an exhaust because I was selling the car I would probably risk it.... Besides eBay brings me a lot of business, I get a good proportion of custom from people that buy cheap crap off eBay and find out it doesn't fit or breaks after a few months. (Buy cheap buy twice) is a very true slogan in my experience. Personally I would save up and get some thing you can be proud of but each to their own as they say. I killed my scorpion with heat Too much heat buckled the internal baffles or something, the exhaust stained. I sent it back and they opened it up, found it non repairable and sent a new one out. I then traded it for a buddyclub with a member on here Scorpion have been a pleasure to deal with and would always recommend their exhausts To be fair the ebay dudes will also do an exchange if their model breaks too..............you'll get 5 magnetic fuel savers and an electric supercharger instead.
