No way on earth would I stick a second hand engine in as a preventative measure for a perfectly well running engine. How do you know the donor engine hasn't been lamped all over the place? Seriously bud you'd have to be absolutely Jacobs Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

Take it to an indie to make sure it's actually the hydraulics at fault first as a lot of 370s had wiring loom issues in the hood. If it is the hydraulics then get it repaired. Probably gonna be half the price of a main stealer. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

I quite enjoyed it... I have about 50 plastic forks on my work desk if anybody wants me to raffle thouse off? It was a semi regular thing back in the day. Not for charity but don't see why that couldn't be a thing. Maybe a once per month job to keep folk interested. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

Turns out the woman who was abused it a bit bonkers and the guy who abused her is equally as bonkers. He's been done for it before. Local nutter who used to work for the chester chronicle. Linky to his previous crimes http://www.chesterchronicle.co.uk/news/chester-cheshire-news/upton-man-hurled-racist-abuse-11120724 Not saying it isn't happening because we all know it is but there is going to be a million and one blown out of all proportion stories now. I know the area this woman lives in........categorically there is no way she's received a systemic programme of abuse from the locale......it's right middle England country. Kack fuel Kack oil Kack service intervals Expect less Can you ever know all of those 3? Nope. The milage game is a lottery. Lower the miles the less chance of long term damage being carried out but that said I know owners on here who I'd buy a 200k car from before I'd buy a 100k car blind. In addition to that I have teeny tiny doubts about the Chester one. Like why call the German embassy and the CAB but not the police. ALL of her friends refuse to be friends with her now after a poxy vote and the entire Street is telling her to go back to Germany. Stinks a little of the musings of a local nutter. Very sad either way like but bear in mind how the media does love a dramatic story without looking into anything. That said I hold imagine the small percentage of right wing head units will be giving it rizz for a while. Quite frankly the rest of the country if observing it should be stepping in. I'm watching one of these on eBay with 115k but looks immaculate, 2006 and I think it's 1500 quid so I'd say you got decent dollar to be honest. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

The pricing is what kills my following argument a but £300 doesn't usually get you 99% perfect either. Hand spraying wheels is tough. I've seen much much worse and if I'm deadly honest I've done worse myself (but then I don't charge £300 and I make it clear is a cosmetic 'refacing' not full refurb'). £300 is a tough price......it should be right. £450 is what in can get them FULLY refurbished for and that is a better than factory effort. £300 is in that twilight bracket of 'should be right but probably won't be'. Personally I'd just ask them to sort it out which they probably will do. As for the centre caps that's pretty bad. You can't just sling a customers bits. Mondo that job conversely is shocking! Anyone know much on SiRamik Diamas Professional?
Ricey replied to one-eyed-king's topic in Car Detailing
If you take a peek at www.facebook.com/revolveautomotiveltd you'll see the follow up videos of how it's still performing on the Julie. Walked out this morning and the missus car hasn't been cleaned for around a month and she proper hammers it. Beads everywhere. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk -

Sorry I missed this. The link above is actually SiRamik SC15 which is the baby of the SiRamik range and the one I use most regularly. Diamas is a whole new level using Diamond Nanorods. It's usually used after the APT system which is 3 stages but can be used on its own. I love SiRamik. Cracking products. Diamas in particular is useful for pearlescent and heavy metallic paints as it's formulated to really make these elements pop. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk -

We did have a Friday raffle years ago which was always good fun. So theoretically you sell tickets for an uprev (worth what is it 400 quid?) for 20 quid a chuck. Only problem is its going to need a minimum of 20 folks to be interested (not really a lot of an ask on here though). They pay you. You pay just giving. 800 smackaroos Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk -
Oh yeah. I popped around unannounced to see if you'd let me look at your car when I was hydrodipping something and wanted to know how it fitted! Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk

That would be my suggestion. We did a nice rebuild on a VXR that had punched a hole in the block from running ignition cut. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk
