Don't forget you get the "self healing paint" with the premium colours, as a wise man once said, "self healing", my arse!!
  3. Ach Linda's Leon was fine on the 0.4 mile run to the local Scotmid, two bottles of Cotes du Rhone at £3.99 each, batons hatched, bearded lady on nightshift, might even toss a caber later, well after shouting at the telly when Question Time is on It's only a bit of Spring weather
  4. I had Eibach Pro's on my RX8 and now have them on my 370, pics below, they are superb in terms of fixing excessive yaw roll and certainly increase handling ability. I never had to worry about speed bumps in the 8, but I now have to take that into account with the 370, which really surprised me! I love 'em, along with the Eibach spacers (25mm), the stance is awesome
  5. While it is a funny clip, it is a tragic programme if you take the time to watch it all. Personally, I find it disgusting and very poor taste that this sort of thing should be on You Tube and then re-cycled on other "social networks", actually I find it offensive. Now while I thought, initially, that when my Dad appeared with his underpants over his trousers for the first time, believe me, the later stages of dimentia is not a funny place to be with any loved one, and in the end, death didn't come quick enough, for all involved. Bit heavy, I know, but mental health "issues" will one day affect everyone on here at some stage, you'll think twice before having a good laugh at them when that's the case.
  6. Decats hiss on the way down from the rev, and in gear it never drops like that. Hence why it doesnt do it in gear. HFC's only do it slighlty. That's nearly right, it's called the over run, nowt to do with in/out of gear, Berks do it all the time, in neutral as it drops revs, in gear as it drops revs, over run. Again I imagine the decats are the same
  7. HFC's do it in gear, out of gear, they do it on the over run, I imagine decats are the same, nothing to do with gears.
  8. me too We used to have a dog next door named "Fudge" Ellie was nearly called Fugly
  9. I'll tell her that, you'll be in bother Nudge, I like that
  10. Nothing wrong with an aftermarket set and some that have been posted are vv nice, but am I alone in thinking that Nissan have got the GT Rays for the 370 just right
  11. Pop in any time mate, you know you're more than welcome, now just need a name
  12. how did ellie get on with them? Does dougie know you got him it yet Took Ellie three days before she would look at me again never mind come up on my lap But she's cool now and seems to have accepted the pup, they have a right good runaround the living room floor/couch/in the bedrooms and the pup keeps stealing her hide chews! I took the pups up to Dougs on Wednesday, him and Linda were totally taken aback , and the option was keep 2, 1 or none, I was happy to keep both of them if it came to it, his daughter Dawn, instantly fell in love The wee fella is a diamond, great temprement and both parents were just superb
  13. Yes mate, all good there Louise (and me now she's moved out ) is well chuffed in her "show home", just need to start on my hovel so keep some spare time up your cuff I decided to get the brother as well and give him to Dougie, I kept the bitch for some company for Ellie. Now got a little harem, needless to say, Linda was not too pleased but she sits there with her on her knee all googly eyed Now we've finally got Louise out , the pup has a room of her own until we start our project, Ellie just sleeps wherever she wants, coz she's 'ard
  14. Keep them coming folks I particularly like Isla, I like Caol Isla more, but out a glass
  15. Just watched the you tube Fenton vid My Ellie had a similar episode with a herd of cows, no road involved but she rounded them up in a field Fenton is a boys name though
  16. No, not the Z, my new Patterdale Got two of them recently, one went to a friend and I kept the bitch So far we don't have a name, so some suggestions would be welcome, and I know we have the pet thread but this is slightly different Here's some piccies Here's Ellie my present Patterdale This is brother and sister, although not a very good picccy of the boy And here's my wee bitch
  17. Go away for a few days and Jay goes mental!!! You won't be dissapointed, especially when you give it the mods you've suggested The SRM is awesome sounding and very smooth when erm, giving it a few beans. Not that you need reminding but make sure you have plenty of rubber on them rears now that the weather has closed in, and wait till it's VERY dry before switching off the TC Stunning example, great choice
  18. Just seen this on the news, absolutely shocking and sickening news, I was a big fan of his in his Leeds Utd days, really shocking.
  19. Stickers can be addictive
  20. It's the cats that control the emmisions for the most part. VOSA will give you 7 days IIRC, to have any emmision defect fixed and then re-checked, so if you're running de-cats, you'll need them changed, or if not, it may just be a fuelling problem or something more serious. If it's found that you have no cat at all on a roadside check, then you will be fined and can have your car crushed in extreme circumstances (such as being caught out multiple times).
  21. I test drove both and plumped for the manual, biggest reason was that I felt it would be too complicated for my other half (she was scared of my old RX8 because it had a Rotary engine ), she would have got in a pickle just deciding where to start The AT7 was very good IMO and idiot proof (says a lot for my mrs ) in so much as it doesn't let you change down when at too high a speed, very clever box as well, but alas it wasn't for me Auto's are for girls (only kidding ladies and gents )
