  1. Buy a Standard Vanguard, my dad had one, apparently armour plated
  2. Can't help but agreeing with an earlier poster, not for this country mate. Will be almost undriveable in central Scotland. Would have to think twice if it was a daily For a V8 itch, it would have to be M3 (truly awesome) VXR8 with the exhaust valve thingy, or if you really want something different, a Maserati (then you can create and transport babies ) Your dosh buddy
  3. I would have forced the child, head first, into the aperture to retrieve said sweetie, job done!
  4. This is pretty poor for what is supposed to be a premium car dealership. Very disappointing and doesn't do the dealership any favours. I would still use them for servicing though, at least that part of the franchise know what they're doing.
  5. The schedule should be P1-P2-P1-P3. Got this initially from ZMANALEX, but since found it in the servicing schedule handbook. Nissan dealers should know this, bit disgraceful if they don't. As an aside, my first P1 was done by the supplying dealership, the next two were carried out by Infiniti, this was more than acceptable to the three dealers I recently contacted re part exchange.
  6. Wash your mouth out with snails and say "cheese eating surrender monkey" three times while spinning round before jumping over a brush!! Out of interest, what vehicle does Renault use the Zed engine in?
  7. Only recently, according to your sig (on second thoughts, who runs Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag) Nice finale, might go and buy a bus
  8. Children, children, it's an internet car forum. Some like the Z4, others won't (Personally, I do). But every car forum is very defensive about their particular marque, have a look on the RX8 forum, you'll see what I mean, all other cars, bar none are sh1t compared to the flawed RX8 (and they pay for the privilege ). Stuarty, it's a great looking car, the detractors have views as well, some valid, others not so, enjoy it buddy
  9. This one then http://www.manapremiere.co.uk/used-cars/1164/bmw-z4-coupe
  10. Coupe, cabriolet or saloon?, or is it the 370 that was up on the show ramps? This one http://www.manapremiere.co.uk/used-cars/1158/nissan-370z
  11. Provisionally sold, I'll update the thread when the deal is complete
  12. I've always referred to my Zed as "my big fat Datsun", once got a slating on here for calling it that, but that was down to my comment going completely over their heads
  13. You've got a Zed, women love it = win win, in my book
  14. Once you've done the HFC's and catback, it's worth getting the car UpRevved, really does make the difference to these types of mods.
  15. Probably not, but they are stunning in the flesh.
  16. Got to agree on the exhaust re welds, plus it isn't even a true dual, looks cheap, don't think it would suit the other mechanical mods, or in fact, be up to the job . Not a fan of the CF in the cab area, each to their own style and taste. Looks like an awesome project though
  17. Sorry to hear that Pete, not a cat person myself but still sad to hear. My dogs cost me £60 at the vets yesterday, one has a grass allergy, one is just a hypochondriac and can't see green cheese, still I'd be devastated to not have them. Oh and the advice from the vet, keep her off the grass!! FFS they're trained vermin killers (well, not very successful, no kills in 5 and 2 years old respectfully, but they do like to eat rabbit droppings), and like fields!!
  18. I was interested in this mod early on in 370 ownership. I had a short shifter from this lot http://www.axialflow.com/products.htm, on my RX8, it was a phenomenal mod. Nearly bought one from Andlid a few years ago, but it seems a bit of an effort to self fit, the Rex one was really easy. Hope you are enjoying it
  19. BUMP, remember, no reasonable offer disregarded
  20. Is it not a bit harsh lumping anyone who's got any kind of modern electronic device into one pot? If we're doing that sort of thing. What is the approved list of diversions for someone who grew up in the post spinning top era? Also, how does the rating system work? Hmm, not harsh, just another observation. Spinning top? I grew up with a gird n cleek., search that on your ifanny Ha! I bet when you first rolled that hoop all the way down the street, there was an oldie with a glum face, sat on a bench saying, "if only he didn't waste all that time gird n cleeking, he could do something useful with the time". Well there wasn't many older than my grandad who made it in the steel mill he worked in, never could work it

  22. I never bitched about it, I made an observation, Smudgeon, if you don't like what I observe, don;t look on here.
  23. Only if you can put your Iphones, playstations, Ipads, Fanny Pads, down for long enough.
