Thanks for all your kind comments folks, driving through the gate at work today was awesome, some serious car envy going on, I stayed unsmug and, when asked I said, "Oh that, yeah just got it yesterday" Seriously though, very positive comments from them. -
No need to worry, I dare say existing customers will be the target, let's see what it does and looks like before it's "condemned"

I'll just blank out the 5, job done

Yes mate, about time, have you got your spacers on yet The exhaust note is a lot deeper and a tad louder than I expected, was getting a nice, burble and a bit of a pop on the over run, very early days, I guess it will get better as it cokes up The salesman that has the demo model rates it very highly over stock, and to be honest I thought that was just sales patter, but he is very enthusiastic, he's the guy that's set up the meet next week at Nobles with ZMANALEX. The drive back from Edinburgh today was mostly Mway and dual carriageway, that coupled with the fact I'm in a running in period, made for a sedate drive. The one or two moments that I had the chance to take a bend that little bit more enthusiastically, the improved suspension was pertinately evident, this is going to be a great handling car. The brakes, well, that was a revalation, not specifically used in anger but, jings crivvens, help ma'boab, they are very, very good. I understand the styling isn't to everyone's taste, but by jingo, when I first seen it in the flesh a month ago, I was really smitten, that feeling is improving by the minute. As above Will, the salesman who runs the demo model raves about it, it is certainly flatter and stiffer, not tested fully in attack mode yet, but the signs are there Mate, I nearly bought the new Cayman, 2.7 with DPK box, very, very good, but, when you start adding a few comfort options, it fairly sky rockets, when I reached 49.9k, I thought, borrocks, this'll have to wait until I can get a better spec'd 3.4S. That's still the aim, gonna take a couple of years longer, but when I do get the one that I really want, it'll be a keeper for life. The Nismo was always on my radar, and to be honest, is worth every penny, to me, for what is a great package. The looks we were getting today said it all, with a few drivers nearly running off the road straining their necks , everything, and I mean everything on the M8 today, slowed down when they were overtaking me to have a good gawp, awesome machine, awesome looks, very happy chappie at the moment -

You do mate, it's my country pile, Chatelharault Country park, just had time to take a few hectic photo's before they pulled the barrier down . Pretty knackering day as well, through to Nobles for midday then back to Parks Mini in Hamilton for 2pm!! Was more excited about my girl picking her car up, but it was really nice to tip up in the Nismo to collect her car, what a day -
Just picked mine up today, haven't stopped grinning since , post your number up here http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/75616-370z-nismo-whats-your-number/

I've got 3D carbon fibre effect plates, had the same style on my last two cars, got them from here http://www.demonplates.com/, gives you options to play around with various kinds of design, badge, border etc, and if you do it right, completely legal

The only ones I've heard of are one's that require a bit of modification under the bonnet, I'm sure there must be a better option out there, but I fear that the pedestrian protection system on the bonnet may cause problems. Some info on the US site I believe.

Are you coming round?

Where can we get the F Type for 44.5k, new? That'll be an interesting link I reduced weight in my 370 by not taking passengers, the suspension does need de-Americanised, not that bad, granted but you take a highspeed bend on a track with stock over modified and it's a big difference, a simple set of Eibachs sorted this. As I've said before, I spent over £3.5k on my 370, bought new, and got some BHP and Torque, no body kit (the one everyone will be looking for in the future is on the Nismo, you must see one in the flesh to appreciate this} One thing that may be required on a Nismo is a better sounding exhaust, but remember, you're getting more BHP, torque, better suspension set up, better braking (lots of GTR parts used here}, gorgeous Nismo wheels, that body kit and a nice badge. I sometimes find it hard to comprehend, why there is a fair bit of hostility towards this Nismo?!? All the talk of this and that is better, for another £10k (sheer fantasy, get the option list out, that'll make it 20-25k more) is complete nonsense, mostly because, the same people have probably never driven what they compare, or if they have, only for a very short while. Dan's a great supporter of Porsche, which I completely understand and, having looked at, sat in, test driven and nearly bought one for £49.9k, it would have been a compromise, as the one I wanted, that was a keeper for life, was the correct spec but the cost, to you and me sir was £65k, yes, £65k, that'll be two Nismo's then. And before anyone says it's twice the car, it's not, it's a different class, that's for sure, but not twice the car. Anyway, where can I get this mystical F Type for 44k? No I can't find one either. http://www.jaguar.co.uk/f-type/ and go to the F Type drop down menu, starts from £58 and a bit K

yep full loop of the gorge.... some VERY tight roads but some pretty awsome views. stayed in Moustiers because of a post you made about the place in an old thread Nice one, glad to be of help . I'd go back in a heartbeat, plan was to get a villa in that region this year for me and the mrs and our three girls and partners, alas family illness put paid to that, all good now though If the Mille Miglia doesn't come off next year, then we'll happily go back here
