  2. You must've been scoffing burgers when I was talking about it
  3. Oh dear, what have I done They're wrong on nearly every count, but that's what you get from Mike Hunt's Nothing about the money you'll save in the gym, from working Popeye's knob. Yeah get a poverty spec cayman for a few grand more, love that, having just turned a Porsche garage upside down looking for a deal Oh well, I'll just have to live with the embarrassment
  4. Yes buddy, put a small bead of copperslip on the valve threads You're a very naughty boy
  5. Nice one and pics, or it didn't happen
  6. They're a quality, genuine Nissan part , put a film of copper grease on them, so's not to seize No devils Viki, but replacing the burgers with my Z badges off of the 370
  7. They're waiting for you on Sunday Erm not really, seen it in all different lights now and I haven't noticed, I'll have a closer look tomoz The only colour I was contemplating was Amaranth Red, maybe Racing Yellow

  9. I'll get on it right away sir I'm almost certain of that, once seen in the flesh, and yes, I'm biased, it's simply stunning
  10. Thanks for all your kind comments folks, driving through the gate at work today was awesome, some serious car envy going on, I stayed unsmug and, when asked I said, "Oh that, yeah just got it yesterday" Seriously though, very positive comments from them.
  11. No need to worry, I dare say existing customers will be the target, let's see what it does and looks like before it's "condemned"
  12. Yes mate, about time, have you got your spacers on yet The exhaust note is a lot deeper and a tad louder than I expected, was getting a nice, burble and a bit of a pop on the over run, very early days, I guess it will get better as it cokes up The salesman that has the demo model rates it very highly over stock, and to be honest I thought that was just sales patter, but he is very enthusiastic, he's the guy that's set up the meet next week at Nobles with ZMANALEX. The drive back from Edinburgh today was mostly Mway and dual carriageway, that coupled with the fact I'm in a running in period, made for a sedate drive. The one or two moments that I had the chance to take a bend that little bit more enthusiastically, the improved suspension was pertinately evident, this is going to be a great handling car. The brakes, well, that was a revalation, not specifically used in anger but, jings crivvens, help ma'boab, they are very, very good. I understand the styling isn't to everyone's taste, but by jingo, when I first seen it in the flesh a month ago, I was really smitten, that feeling is improving by the minute. As above Will, the salesman who runs the demo model raves about it, it is certainly flatter and stiffer, not tested fully in attack mode yet, but the signs are there Mate, I nearly bought the new Cayman, 2.7 with DPK box, very, very good, but, when you start adding a few comfort options, it fairly sky rockets, when I reached 49.9k, I thought, borrocks, this'll have to wait until I can get a better spec'd 3.4S. That's still the aim, gonna take a couple of years longer, but when I do get the one that I really want, it'll be a keeper for life. The Nismo was always on my radar, and to be honest, is worth every penny, to me, for what is a great package. The looks we were getting today said it all, with a few drivers nearly running off the road straining their necks , everything, and I mean everything on the M8 today, slowed down when they were overtaking me to have a good gawp, awesome machine, awesome looks, very happy chappie at the moment
  13. Plan to make either Lake Z or the Wales meet next year, both looked a blast
  14. You do mate, it's my country pile, Chatelharault Country park, just had time to take a few hectic photo's before they pulled the barrier down . 20. A chap at work has just got one of these, he seems chuffed with it, and by all accounts, so are the motoring press
  21. I've got 3D carbon fibre effect plates, had the same style on my last two cars, got them from here http://www.demonplates.com/, gives you options to play around with various kinds of design, badge, border etc, and if you do it right, completely legal
  22. The only ones I've heard of are one's that require a bit of modification under the bonnet, I'm sure there must be a better option out there, but I fear that the pedestrian protection system on the bonnet may cause problems. Some info on the US site I believe.
