Fantastic bit of kit, had a go on one of them Supercar days, my favourite drive out of the four cars, Lambo Gillardonormous, Audi R8, and Aston V8 Vantage. Went like the proverbial, handled very confidently and that's from a big scaredy like me. Spec in the one I drove was very high, great sound and fantastic auto box. Go for it buddy, you won't look nearly as stupid as in a Yank Tank . Your children will be safer as well Only downside for me is, it's a bit slab sided, but with your impeccable taste for modding, I'm sure you'll sort that.

Sound advice by all, but, I can't help thinking that there's more in it. Firstly, if the MD has taken to protecting the "guilty" party, then, my feeling is there was something untoward. Good managers will also recognise this, great managers will recognise and adjust the style or angle that is presented to a part of the organisation that is perceived to not being of a capable nature. Reading one of these free mags on the train the other night, The List, in it were some tips on succeeding in business, the one that immediately struck a chord with me was, instead of an email, pick up the phone, speak to the human, rather than leaving it up to luck on how the written word is percieved. Also, if work is getting stressful, then maybe she is going too fast at her career that a bit of slowing down and experience would compensate for not sledging a colleague. However, not knowing the full story or circumstance, then it's hard to comment. Put it down AS experience and tackle it in a mature, cognitive nature. I'm sure it will, as you say, blow over.

I'd never buy anything as overpriced or ugly or badly put together with no supercharger and ......................yeah, wasting your time, but just the first time mind -
Back in the day, when he had the "chat show", my mrs thought he was acting outrageously towards his guests, once I'd stopped laughing, I let her know he wasn't a real chat show host

What's the matter, you no likey spammy on you're thread? Doesn't seem to bother you elsewhere. My opinion, overpriced, wrong colour, not twin supercharged, the ugliest wheels ever (inappropriate smiley now) -
It was the third one that the mistake was made, right after saying never again with the second

After two black cars in a row, 3 in total, I was beginning to be driven to distraction with all the cleaning.

350z to 370z nismo - for those of you that have done it!

Apart from Count FUDula's unhelpful post, Jay has a lovely car for sale, could do worse -

Hard to say on depreciation, a lot of factors come into play here, but I would suspect it would hold out a bit more. On the question of new v second hand, that's down to budget these cars are bullet proof mechanically, and there are a lot of good examples out there. But, put a Nismo side by side with a stock 370 and that'll make up your mind, IMO of course. A lot of money, but my last 370 had 3k plus thrown at it, made a nice noise, was a bit quicker than stock and was a fantastic car but the Nismo trumped it. -

Someone at work summed this up today actually, he said that although my last 370 was a great looking car, the Nismo stands out significantly. Jay is right, for 17-18k, you could pick up a near mint 370, but then again, it's not a Nismo. Test drive both, there is a noticeable difference, looks aside. It's a lot of dosh, but then your dead a long time. Free servicing on them for three years as well. A GTR costs @ 2k for a P3. A big step up from a 350, looks, interior, bit more oomph, quality and gadgets, miss the heated seats though I'm lucky, I didn't need finance, my last 370 had 2 years interest free with final payment, which worked well, check Nissans deals, or look at a pre reg/demo model for a better price, or wait a couple of years, or if I get fed up, sooner and buy mine -
I've driven loads of left hookers in the UK Jay, mainly military vehicles, some really big stuff and more normal landrover size stuff. While it's relatively easy and takes about an afternoon to master the gears and handbrake, I would take into consideration whether you are going to transport any future sprogs, take into consideration how awkward it is to get out a junction when turning left, especially one that takes a swerve to the left at roundabouts.

Two nobodies, even Bin Laden was shot dead. They will rot in jail, but not quite as fast as in an unmarked grave/cremation/dumped at sea.
-
Ooh, I like that Vik, you would look very, very at home in that, get round yours and Gary's relatives and borrow some dosh
-
SuperStu has a point, but, the cop that shot this lad should have been the one that shot Lee Rigby's murderer, obviously got a better aim.

I think it was too soon to tour Australia after the last Ashes, I understand the reason why, but surely a compromise could have been developed. England was maybe a bit jaded and stale, a clear out and rebuild is now on the cards methinks.

Only those voting yes will have the cooncil tax abolished, the dissenters will pay double, English treble and everyone else will be building the wall
-
..."instantly" - I suddenly had visions of the people in the north of England waking up the day after the vote to see a huge wall being slung up on the horizon We live in hope again Yes we all do
-
Ooh that's deep mate, but not something I would base a constitution on.
-
Yes mate, Trump only threatened golf balls, not WMD
-
Yes it will happen but not instantly, 4 years or so of negotiations with Westminster, no stitch ups like when devolution was first put forward for Scotland with a hackneyed 65% must vote in favour option that a Labour government once set (Callaghan)

docwra Thanks, but the last time I looked, we had our own legal system, we are more independent financially, as far as the Barnet formula can go and I do know that Scotland is a shoe in for membership of the EU, just as it's a racing certainty that the World Cup won't be coming back to Britain
