Just found it funny

Alonso must've excluded himself in that statement he's in a bad car, double world champion and could hardly get in the points, nullifies that argument. Going back a few posts, drivers that won the championship that didn't deserve it, James Hunt springs to mind. Hamilton is so far up his own bottom, he thinks that he's due it, the boy is a knob, put him in a Red Bull and he would be out qualified and out driven by the 'upstart' Verstappen all day everyday. Like the Beavis lad, I'm glad that there's some excitement about this now. Hamilton in an average car? He'd be an average driver, Verstappen in the current Mercedes would be unstoppable. Hopefully, the new batch coming along will add to the mix.

Was your arse too big?

Thank you, my demeanour is flawless, now with that in mind, if I said your Range Rover was crap, but having never set foot in one, would you like that? When the OP makes sweeping statements on any marque as to how bad they are, without ever having tried it, your Range Rover for instance, how would you react? Would you correct them? Ask what their experience is with them? That's all I did. It wasn't 'another example', of anything, it was a fair comment. Now I had a fair bit of hounding on here regards my choice of cars, we all know who those 'suspects' are, some of them more 'suspect' than others. It is only natural that I would return fire, mostly, if not always the case, that those having a go at my choice of car, knew little if anything at all and were merely trying to wind me up enough to have me banned from the site You need to have a think about your perception of my comments and me In saying all that, AMT is as mad as a box of frogs

Was this the pop that your talking about? "I rented a yellow convertible in Vegas last month. It wasnt the 5.0 and i've got to say it was quite dull to drive, sadly. The Mustang has been at the top of my list since forever, but i was a little disappointed with this. On a positive note, the infotainment was great, as well as the OBC. My favourite touch was the mustang logo projected onto the floor when you unlock it. I still need to drive the V8 before i can give a propper verdict, but they Jury's out for now" Maybe the jury shouldn't have pre-deliberated before the verdict I thought that was quite positive, I would be disappointed in a V6 (?) auto (?) droptop Mustang rental as well You've been carrying that for a while buddy chill 'dude'
-
Glad it makes sense to you I'll try and find the same stuff to smoke I'm relaxed 'dude' , Netflix and chillin'

So, £38k, and you've got a whole £2k left for the running costs? Now if a R35 was £2k and you had £38k for running costs your post might make sense. But, oh fk it, your twisting my melons with all your gobbledygook. Why not try drinking instead? Enjoy your 'big V6',

I know some counselling agencies that may help the OP. The last two examples confirms what we've all been thinking, quite mad!

I've seen you cutting about Motherwell, drooling at the site of my Mustang Seriously though, can you explain your thread? It's completely baffling!?! Are you after a second hand car for £40k? I'll sell you my Mazda 3 SportNav 2.2D with twin turbo (it really is TT, check it on Mazda's site), for a bargain £39,990

I think you're hallucinating, stay away from the medicine cabinet

Fantastic opening scene Obviously Ford had a bit of sponsorship in there

Both my 370's went through my ownership with synchro on, why wouldn't you And, as ^^ he says, with an aftermarket exhaust, very cool

Given the two poor examples you've provided , and as an owner of a Mustang, I'm in the interested camp as well, but I'll bow to your superior knowledge on Mustangs

Well documented, Mk1 Nismo is a totally different drive from the GT (I've had both). There are those who thought that it wasn't the fire breathing monster it should've been, however, it's a complete departure from the GT set up. Couple of nice touches, internal and, being biased, externally the best looking 370 Zed thus far. The drive is different due to the combination of the map and the suspension, wider wheelbase, stiffer suspension, different braces, look underneath a Nismo and it becomes apparent. There are those that will say that for a few hundred Quid, you could modify a stock GT to drive as well, they really are kidding themselves, trust me, I tried it with my GT. Throttle response is noticeably better. Whether it's worth £5k more? Well, it'll not depreciate as much, it'll stick out from the crowd, it'll be newer (may have factory warranty, 2012 won't). Pick the right colour and, well, it might make your mind up.

Never noticed that, is it recent, pretty sure it wasn't the case a few months ago , their price is now £27 a corner dearer, I'll reassess come the new year. But £108 saving is not to be sniffed at. To the OP, no idea sorry, The Ekona will no doubt sort you out there

I was referring to the days of Advocaat and O'Neill when the old firm gave some big teams a scare in the champions league I was referring to recent times not the good old days that I didn't witness I'm not grey like you remember I might be grey, but that is backed up with grey matter, not like you remember WTF did Advocaat or O'Neil win in Europe? Not even a semi final amongst them, or quarter final, O'Neil got a MBE/OBE for winning @uck all Show me the evidence of their success in Europe in 'recent' times
-
My point was that, all things equal, Scotland had much more success in Europe, than back when, or even now we have a glut of substandard players. Dennis Law, went to Torino in the sixties! So Real, weren't the only ones 'importing' superstars, for £200 a week
-
Celtic won the European cup with 11 players who were all born and bred in a 20 mile radius of Parkhead, Rangers won the old Cup Winners cup with 11 Scottish players on the field, Aberdeen won the same competition with 11 Scottish players, Dundee Utd got to the final of the old UEAFA cup with one Fin and 10 Scots. There is no way that Scottish teams in Europe were better with foreign players, sorry mate, being old has its advantages

In-depth BBC establishment, elitist thingy

Happened way before that, the teachers strikes of the late '70s early '80s and the refusal of them to run school football in the evenings and at weekends (unpaid mind), saw a sharp decline in youngsters playing the sport. Don't get me started about the PlayStation generation:lol: You are partly right about the mercenary effect, it's happening in England now, global brand though, the premiership, Scottish football will never be that!
-
The players you mention came from a very different economic and social era, it was the pit or success at football. This was a time when there was ZERO investment in sport, far less football, so investment is not the cause. These players were from a generation that, if you got a Mitre size 5 for Crimbo, you were everyone's best mate , we would kick that ball about until it disintegrated, then it was back to playing football with a worn out tennis ball and everyone was out in the street playing football, not on social media or playstations, the days when a Wimpey was an exotic, expensive take away

Yeah the GM thing is a put down really. The dumbing down through popular media is happening. On the fence (I'm not known to be ), not much has been done really in 20 years, the last 5-8 years virtually nothing. Control of illegal immigrants is important, so is the control of refugees, close to their homelands, so that by the end of any conflict, it's easier to return. The fact remains, the new president is a risk to all we know, misogynistic, racist, sexual criminality, bigoted, religiously intolerant but the most dangerous thing is his inexperience. If I put anyone like that in front of you, for you to decide to vote for them, you wouldn't, that's because you're not dimwitted and believe improbable claims re immigrants, muslims or Mexicans. The world will be more interesting now, that's for sure. I'm a firm believer in dismantling the privileged political elite, same as big Don, but I don't think I'm dimwitted enough to believe that there's anyone remotely able to do this, far less a privileged racist egomaniac.

Costco is another place for good deals, Asda though, take a bit of beating unless you have a contact in the trade. Chap at work's brother can get me MPSS in the sizes I want for £5 a corner cheaper, that's inclusive of fitting and balancing though, which the Asda price wasn't.
