  1. Milk? sorry, you’re being pedantic, I’m sure there’s UK dairy products somewhere in the ingredients of other European products, produced in Europe?
  2. I’ve never seen German milk in any of my local Asda, Tesco, Morrison’s, Co-Op, Aldi or lidl, WTF are you on about. Switzerland survives and thrives because it’s convenient and, there has to be an alternative to where criminals can hide and launder their money, other than London. hope that clarifies?
  3. Stay in the EU it is then The “rabble” that are the conservative coalition (far right, hard Brexit, soft Brexit, no Brexit, half baked Brexit), are doing a fine job of running feck all. Just remain, it’s a no brainer, the ‘jumpers for goalposts’ menagerie of clueless and feckless (feckless, as in the failed ‘negotiators’, clueless as in the ‘lets Get back to when we had an empire’ mob, I have heard many elderly (most of whom have not lived with ‘an empire’,) have had a whinge now, move on, they don’t cut the mustard really. i realise that the above may cause offence, but not half as offended as I and, quite clearly, a majority now feel at the prospect of bungling our way to poverty, but it might be ok in 30 years, being sold to us now, trying to take the nation for mugs for the sake of a few politicians on their own agenda of power at any cost IMHO. im no Corbyn fan, totally not the right person to lead the Westminster government, a laughingstock joke of a politician who scored an own goal the other day when the sitting Westminster government couldn’t win a vote, and he didn’t even mention it. im angry for the Brexiteers btw, they’ve been sold a pup by some dodgy characters, that remind me of a rogue bunch of agent provocateurs, in the worst possible sense, God help us! I despair
  4. Also, in the nicest way, we get the chance every five years or so to change the government, that poor wummin had to call an election, else the leaving party would have been right in the middle of an election, she took a chance, just got a weaker result than expected. ‘end up like Scotland’ you’d do well to
  5. 4.3% tariff from the US direct on car parts (this is a car forum afterall)? Sorry, senior moment probably, but is this on top of the now, 24% VAT/duty? just to be clear, I’m a complete europhile, voted remain, but a possible 4.3% import tariff on a Whipple, May change my mind i know, I’m fickle
  6. Earlier in the convo from someone else, I’ve read all four pages and Maggz is very good and lucid around his arguments
  7. I remember being telt, ‘the only way to stay in the European Union, is to vote remain part of the Union in the Scottish referendum’, Big Dave, Gordo the Mentalist, Menzies the merciless, all ‘Unionist’ politicians. Big Dave was the PM as well That convinced a lot o people tae vote ‘remain part of the Union’ Fast forward two years, and a Unionist party, run by Big Dave, set about a referendum to stay or leave the EU, a very clear majority in Scotland voted remain, coz Big Dave and his mates had said, it was the only way we would remain in the EU, if we voted to remain in the Union, therefore, let’s vote remain! Ah dunno, I’m confused, can I leave the Union of parliaments but remain in the European Union? Turns oot, naw!, neither Moanty ffs Did everyone miss Hammond’s little aside re pension funds in the ‘budget’, something aboot using the profits or taxing them more to meet the challenges ahead, wonder what that is, or was I dreaming that some great debate here, I too have fun asking leave voters what laws they want to change, implement or dream up that will be better than our current crop, that couldn’t be done as a member of the EU currently through the big hoose in London better the devil ye ken, as my auld granny used tae say
  8. Here was one I tried tae post in 2014, however I didn’t have the broadband tae get it through. I’ve been prompted tae post this, as I’m marching in the Centenary Cenotaph Parade, this year tae mark the 100th anniversary since the end of WW1. i couldn’t get it attached as a pm, to an admin earlier in a pm, please support our veterans, I’m one, who thankfully doesn’t need much support, you are all truly in a good place, thanks to our conviction, suffering and dedication. please give generously ta (Just to add, I marched the combined UK force in KAF round to the Remembrance service conducted by Prince Harry and the then, Defence Secretary, Michael Fallon, when wearing this, later, I had lunch with Prince Harry )
  9. For a while, the 6G Mustang outsold Porsche in Germany, so a proven ‘global market’ is invaluable, and the point regards the Camaro is well put. Why buy a LHD, when a comparative RHD car is available in the UK? The Corvette, maybe a different proposition though, but pitched at @ £60-70k would put the bejesus up Mercedes, Porsche, BMW and Audi, that being said, with the impetus on electric cars, it may still find itself in a stifled market, but I’m sure it would be a runaway success
  10. A’m surprised that the success of the ‘global market’ Mustang, husnae been followed by more US manufacturers, a much wider market than the UK. Huving followed the Corvette at Le Mans for many years, A’d huv wan in a heartbeat, this is a heart oer heid decision, if ye’v got the bottle for it, in RHD, wow! Even if they compromise, as wae the 6G Mustang in a European market, and pitched at the right level price wise, to affirm a global market, it will be even more o a bargain than the 6G Mustang is. id be at the front o the queue if it ever wis released in RHD
  11. 1.57 when I bought my US motor ^^ rate today, shocking, I’ve no idea who to blame
  12. Selt yit wee fella? When a bought ma Muzzer, fur £35k, peeps were telling me tae buy a F Type instead for the same money, mibees it wis ma 370 Nismo, cannae mind. anyhoos, hope it sells ok it’s a braw cool motor
  13. Haha, just read that, ok, on point, legible in ma own words and withoot threatening to shoot people over their choice o gearbox and, fur the glaikit (thems that disnae ken am Scottish) Heres some Mustang stuff, on the Mustang thread for thems that’s interested in Mustang stuff and no jist stalkin (tongue firmly in cheek) https://carbuzz.com/news/new-ford-mustang-cobra-jet-will-smoke-the-dodge-demon The Cobra Jet, anither Mustang thang, the Nascar https://www.nascar.com/news-media/2018/08/08/ford-mustang-unveil-monster-energy-series/ fur thems too too lazy tae look, here’s some pics

  15. More should do this, I had a go with my Mk1Nismo
  16. Depends on what reasons ye buy a sports coupe/car for a suppose, but by all accounts it’s better in the Muzzer than the 6 speed. A jist watched an auld top gear prog the day, that happened tae huv the, at the time, new 911, wi the 7 speed manual, but then showed the Singer version that true enthusiasts wid prefer, apparently cars move oan awe the time, and, havin never driven a 7 speed, never mind a 10 speed, I canny comment, just tae say that the opinion of those who have, prefer and love it im gled, ye pit yer guns away tho
  17. aggression, fae the man that wid shoot people and no, not drinking, debating the Mustang and the merits of the new 10 speed honestly
  18. If you read my post properly, you’ll notice I have stated I’ve never driven one
  19. Why would need to be shot though
  20. oh, ok, apologies, no offence meant at such sweeping statements
  21. Oh, right, you haven’t driven one then, nae bother
  22. Again, spec 6 speed and has recorded 4.5, but the 10 speed, apparently is under 4 https://www.roadandtrack.com/new-cars/a14749697/2018-ford-mustang-gt-0-60-quarter-mile/ no idea if this makes the 10 over the 6 better?
  23. Even if it’s deemed very capable? I’m not an auto type, mainly due to the handicap my wife presents if she was ever to drive an auto ive never driven a 10 speed auto, but out of interest, have you, just to provide some clarity on your statement? And, in your opinion, what would be wrong with it. Just interested is all
