  1. Think that will be a right PITA to fit. They dont have the headlight washers in the States, so only have one water bottle to change. Over here we have one either side I think, so you'd have to bodge that together somehow. I'd go for a Stillen Gen3, pretty easy to fit and the cutting you have to do is well hidden away if you want to revert to stock. Either Gen3 or drop in filter for me Is this what they mean by splash tank modification? This is what I'm looking at, http://www.senner-tuning.de/shop/produc ... ts_id=4536
  2. The biggest improvement that the 370 needs is the sound. As posted above, a good zorst willsort this, can't wait to get that shiney new Akrapovic Evo on, I can't however comment on the differences between the 370 and 350. She is a "looker" and head turner, that will increase with a better sounding zorst. I have to say the power delivery is fantastic for a N/A car. My criticisms would probably only run to the rather "notchy" gear change, great on the down shift with the rev synch and, as mentioned, visibility is poor, but hey, it's a sports car. Still finding my way with it, as we've virtually been snowbound up here since she was run in, and every road is way too greasy at the mo. After my Akro is fitted, the next thing is a tinker with the suspension/ride hieght, aesthetically not fully to my taste., with a possible Injen induction kit to follow, still need to investigate that further though. Overall, a great package, just have to cut down on the luggage for this years Euro tour
  3. I reckon with the extra £10k you could make a "special" of your own, only better, with power enhancements thrown in
  4. Andy confirmed receipt of my entry can't wait now... 1. The G Man 2. Wasso 3. Neilp 4. Vik54 5. remould 6. GT4 Zed 7. Was8v
  5. One of these might help
  6. Most of the supermarket stuff comes from either Shell Stanlow, BP (formaly BP, I think the Chinese own it now!?!) Grangemouth and Fawley, puts paid to hurting the oil companies. Old, old e mail, and not a very well thought out one at that
  7. They are hilarious And +1, fair play to ya Nic
  8. Sell my kids to finance fuel Seriously though, only a very long and messy blockade/civil unrest would change the taxing of fuel, the ruling elite need cash to fund their lavish lifestyles and would fight tooth and nail to protect it. Motorists are in a lose/lose situation now and no amount of "elections" will ever change this. If you need a car, any car you lose, just look at the unfair VED, I pay £415 (£750 "showroom") and do 5k miles, someone paying £100 or thereabouts and does 15k, who's the environmental vandal? (if indeed motorists are)
  9. + another here, I like to think of it as "warp" drive Must be my imagination but I thought it gave a bit more on the final "push"
  10. Anyone know of where to get 370 ones? These are a great mod and practical to boot
  11. I quite fancy one of these, probably just the plain "Z" design, or" Nissan 370" above the big Z with the club logo below, in black, with silver as per your piccy. Does that make sense?
  12. What's Nissans racing colour? Go for that, unless it's "Whore's Purple"
  13. What again I can only take so many whuppin's and the occasional :kicking Can't wait for the reaction when the Injen induction kit tips up I better go lie down now
  14. Count youself lucky, Mrs G just found the invoice for my Akrapovic last night I hate online banking Good job I'm good at , although Mrs G reckons I'm good for nothing at the mo
  15. The RE 050A's are a good tyre IMO, I've always found them to be a hard wearing tyre and an added bonus of some rim protection. Only ever used them on my old Rex, after the 040's were done, now that was a jobby tyre Would be interested in Vredstien Sessanta's possibly, but yeah, you won't go far wrong with the Bridgestones.
  16. There are loads of places to get a decent seat/grassy bank, Porsche Curve, Mulsanne, Arnage and the main stand opposite the pit, IS THE PLACE TO BE AT THE START Try Speedchills whose site is at Besajour (sp?), close to Porsche Curve, they will even sort out garage passes on the open pit day, which is a Friday, for free!! It would be great if the club ran an event to it as you can all get a pitch together and Speedchills have beer/food marquee, great showers and toilets and is well "policed", no pass no get inny Last year we got passes to the Lola Judd team garage Here's my cousin enjoying some, erm... promotional girls and one of the drivers from Lola Judd, Jamie Lawler Campbell, the first one is a group from BeerMountain
