I had the same thought russ as I loved the 370 wheels. Asked at the local Nissan dealer out of interest and nearly had to be carried out after I fainted. I believe just the alloys were well over 1k per corner....they are nice but not that nice.

If you want the same loudness as OEM but with sportier tone then you'll achieve this with Milltek without HFCs It is comparable in tone to the Nismo +1 to that, it's a nice quality sound that comes alive when you need it but is nice and subtle in the background when cursing on the motorway.

I had an uprev, plenum spacer, panel filter, new exhaust. I wanted it all covered by the insurance but direct line couldn't support mods, so they cancelled the policy (so no cancellation fee) and I moved to sky insurance. I was expecting a big hike in premiums but actually sky were able to undercut direct line by about £60. So I got all my mods and a cheaper insurance deal with no change to cover details.

Sounds like a good idea, I could pop down for a nice run, let you have a play with the polisher and we can pop down to a local pub for a beer and some grub. I'm sure we could pursuade some of the usual suspects too. Will have to sort something out, maybe after the welsh run.

Omg they botched every part of that job, that's truly appalling. Feel sorry for the guy. Guess it's a lesson though, always get a recommendation from forums like this before you let someone work on your zed.

In all honesty mate I wouldn't worry about it. I noticed it with mine too, although mine doesn't sound as bad as your description. Never been a problem and I got used to it. There are a number of things I thought were a problem with my car after I had it a few weeks, then I read up on here and found most of them were characteristics of the car. Don't worry sit back and enjoy the sun. however if you think it is more serious then contact zmanalex, I'm sure he will have something to fix it. Good luck with the warranty, I had a full Nissan warranty and it wasn't worth the paper it was written on. Everything is blamed on wear and tear. However as the car is recently purchased from the garage definitely get them to take a look asap.
