Id definitely say yes. When i was younger i was driving my mums polo back home and a lady coming the other way lost control of her mgb in the wet and hit me side on. Absolutely nothing i could have done and the resulting impact flipped me and the polo rolled three times through a hedge and into the field. I was very lucky to get away with a few scratches. But the one thing it did teach me was observation and anticipation and now if im not sure of a manouvre i dont risk it. I think some young drivers think they are invincible. A little knock should teach them to be a little more careful

Sorry: I was not clear I already have the Milltek; would the addition of a HFC make a BIG difference on top of the Milltek? I should have asked that originally Yes the hfc make a big difference on top of the milltek. Its a lot deeper and sounds so much better. Its like stereo surround for the milltek. One noteof caution however. The berks do add a slight metallic rasp around 4k which some people really dont like. Me i love it. Adding the berks to the milltek was oneof the best things ive done to the car. Definitely recommend heading to oneof the local meets and hearing the combo for yourself before you decide.

I have the milltek, lovely sounding exhaust with a nice quality note. However, spursmaddave showed me how to unleash the full potential and add some berks to it, and omg. The earlierposters are right the standard milltek is too quiet but with the berks its fantastic. Gives a really nice note under acceleration but when cruisingon the motorway its not intrusive at all. The raspy note as 3.5-4 k revs is not for some but ivegot used to it and love it now. I bought the berks purely for the sound and its the best thing ive addedto the car.
