Matt, your car looked great in my rear view mirror on the evo triangle, definitely has presence. Nice work and good to see your zed getting some love and care. Love the spoiler I like what you are trying to do, those colours go well together. I like the front grill but not sure on the door handle. I like the idea of the wheels, great idea And i like the colour but im not sure the stock alloys do it justice. I can see that colour looking fantastic on a set of serious alloys. Good to see someone taking risks though and the zed can take it. Keep it up.

Mine used to do this now and again especially when hot and after sittingin traffic with lotsof gear changes. Id go for a good drive, have fun, lots of gear changes and then when it starts pop in to the garage. Notify them in advance so someone will be available to see the issue. As neil says if its a warranty claim the garage will be more than happy to do the work, its the warranty company who has to agree and fork out for it.

+1 we stayed at a great place in ullapool, fantastic b&b with views over the loch. A real highlight of the hoon.
