I know its most probably not to everyones taste but i love this one. Dangerous in the zed though as it seems to make me put my foot down somewhat

Really like the Stillen too! I have to admit Lydia and me were laughing at how much fun we had just randomly slowing down to let you past, then over taking again, each time hearing your exhaust howl or mine Im not sure what the general public made of the noise but i thought it was great! Yes it was fun, and then as we parted ways that nice short bridge appeared that we had to go under

I find a big difference in both the zeds if the pressure varies even a small amount. Try 35 and see how it feels

I know when the snow comes my zed stays put. Tried it a couple of times in both zeds i've owned in the country roads nearby and its amazing how the car in the snow developes a mind of its own and goes where it pleases. A little fwd or 4x4 is a great idea. I was thinking of pandas. I remember last year loads of bmws where parked up stranded on our local road and a little chap in his morris minor when whizzinvpast on his skinny tyres and straight up the hill. He was beaming away i can tell you

Yup nice bloke in the garage next to us. It was superdoopercharged and flew. Darren was rather taken with it.

I couldnt possibly comment lol Nice video there dave, darren and ken have a way to go bevore they are up to that level. Mind you darren did go off piste on the skid pan and left halfof his michelin pss's on the tarmac.

You should come along to the next one to see what they are like and come out in one of the cars. Take it at your own pace and it is fine, going past your level of skill is when problems occur

I did a huge post ages ago on it so search should dig it up. The Stillen sits very low on the car, the HFC's push the exhaust even lower so it rests on one of the bars under the car. It's a known issue in the US. People end up modifying the exhaust or putting rubber plugs between the exhaust and the bar. I tried the berks HFC's and Stillens own and both had the same problem. I tried the car for 2 weeks and it did sound very aggressive and loud and i kinda liked it but then it soon got unbearable. After advice from 2 specialist garages i decided against modifying the exhaust and returned the hfcs to Tarmac who i have to say was excellent throughout the whole process it trying to make things work for me. I loved the hfcs and milltek on my 350 but it wasnt meant to be for the 370z. So if you want more noise than the Stillen via HFCs i would have to say don't chose the Stillen but if you want a lovely sounding exhaust without the HFC's its a great choice

Yup it gave me no end of trouble and you could feel the car vibrate. Really wasn't right. Was disappointed at first but realised the Stillen by itself is perfectly fine and seems to be improving with age

We were at Rockingham for the track day, they opened that for people to try out for free during the day which was great

There was a lot of water around that skid pan - im sure your daughter would have taken the opportunity to completely soak me again if you had come lol. In all honesty though it was a great day and what is even more amazing is that yes - that is Ken on that Skid pan in his OWN zed and he really went for it. Never seen it so dirty afterwards lol Good one ken
