  1. Milltek is a great quality exhaust, enjoy
  2. Normally id agree with your assessment of nissan dealers but you cannot tar all official dealers with the same brush. A number of members on this forum have had extremely positive experiences with tumbridge wells. In my case they went above and beyond to fix an issue with the roof on my old 350z, in the end lending me a brand new 370 to take to the wales event while they sorted it. I know ebized is very happy to have them work on his zed and has gone back numerous times. I would use them again. I would give them a call and see if there is anythting they can do to help now you have been to them and they know about the forum after mine and ebizeds visits and the fact they held an event for us a few years ago.
  3. Yup, bought my 350z from them, excellent service from there.
  4. Aye I've heard nothing but good things and my service is due as we speak do I will be booking my car in there
  5. The NISMO 370Z is offered in five exterior colors: Pearl White, Brilliant Silver, Magnetic Black, Gun Metallic and new Magma Red.
  6. Good choice of tyres, love them in Rosie and its been fun wearing them down
  7. Sorry i cant relate to that, im hardly ever online...cough cough
  8. Good job, thats the right level all round
  9. Ah maybe then. Good call.
  10. Cheers, big thanks to you and the family for your hospitality this evening. Was great to catch up again as always. Was really impressed it took you half the time i expected to get that twin turbo into rosie while we ate
  11. Not sure it relates to the steering lock issue as that focuses on starting the car, this affects getting into the car aswell. Not heard of this kind of issue with the 370z before. Hopefully someone will be along soon to help.
  12. Feels a bit naughty peaking under there, looks pretty tasty
  13. I meant quieter in terms of road and tyre noise as the coupe tends to bounce the noise back into the cabin. The roadster has lots of extra insulation and the roof storage section to block that noise. If you mean exhaust wise then yes the Stock 370 is way to quiet as we all know, but easily fixed Thanks, I get it now. Maybe tyre choice could make a big difference? I'm interested as in the longer term I may well want to get a 370. The mpss did make a differnce, yes its still noticable but its all part and parcel of the car, its not subtle. If you fancy a trip in rosie more than happy to oblige anytime neil, just shout. Anyways sorry for going off topic as rosie certainly isnt one of those new fangled nismos lol but she does like going topless

  15. It does look great gman and will turn heads. Since you have had it for a few days how is the difference in the handling over your old one? the gtr specialist at aldershot said it was a huge step forward from the standard 370 and feels a lot better. Hes an honest chap too, he said he couldnt recommend moving from the old 370 to the new facelifted version as its just too much just to get day time running lights.
  16. I like the in yer face styling of the Nismo but I agree that for the price the performance hike is disappointing. Don't get me wrong, I love the 370z (that's why I'm on my second one) but I do think it has a few minor issues e.g very noisy in the cabin. Still love it to bits though. (I'm having new tyres put on Friday - MPSSs - so hoping for at least some improvement in road noise). Solve that problem with your 3rd 370z and buy a roadster, they are actually quieter wrt to road noise than the coupe due to all the padding and extra sotrage for the roof lol
  17. Ian those pics are blummin awful, sort it out mate lol, do her justice
  18. Hope you had fun on those twisties near deepcut, they are a lot of fun, used to be my regular detour
  19. Good to hear you have the roof down when you can, nice one. Im down in dorset at the moment and im amazed about the number of convertibles driving around with their rooves up despite the glorious sunshine.....crazy. I'd be coming to trax if i wasn't doen on the south coast eating and drinking and making sand cadtles with my nephew.
  20. I thought you had been on those magic cookies again for a minute
  21. Nice one and good for you, something better will come along and you will look back and know you did the right thing. It's good to make a stand and make the right decision. Too many carry on and don't like to rock the boat but resent what they are doing and so reinforce the culture. Hope something better comes around the cornerfor you soonish. Lifes too short to spend your time at work hating what you do, its only a decision that got you there and another decision will take you somewhere better. You've just done the hard part
  22. Now i know you were both keen to avoid me when i came a visiting down to your neck of the woods but bali was a bit extreme wasn't it Hope you both have a fantastic holiday.
