  1. This was raised recently and could be of help http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/76070-wet-passenger-footwell-advice/
  2. Well got a little further, about 5 attempts last night which ended in failures but tried again first thing this mroning and it all went through fine. On to disk 3 now but that just failed, will try tomorrow. Don't worry about feeling bad mate, definitely shouldn't do that, you are going out of your way to do us all a favour and save a fortune so its a big thanks from me despite it being a pain to install.
  3. 2 more failures, given up, will try again tomorrow
  4. Well software update worked fine and map disk 1 but disk 2 is being troublesome. Error message appeared, turned off, waited 5 mins as per instructions. Restart engine and immediately errors again. Could be a fun night, I'll try again Ps this was with the replacement disks
  5. Wonderful wonderful sound, best thing i put on my 350z
  6. I had the same problem with my roadster. Water was coming in from the top of the passenger window, following the contour of the window to the front of the door, travelling down the edge of the door at which pointit should have been funnelled towards the outside of the door but for me it came inside instead. My fix was to open the door, get thick pieces of tape and near the vent stick the tape at an angle to filter the water stream out of the car. It improved the problem but ultimately did not resolve it during heavy rain. Its oneof the reasons i eventually sold the car.
  7. By colin do you mean ebized, if so yup the stillen is a great choice and i went for it too. Note though that when i tried to add hfcs to the stillen it really didnt play ball and pushed the exhaust too low to rest on the brace and vibrated. Something to consider. ChrisS has a fast intensions so may be worth sending him a pm. It sounds nice and is louder than the stillen. The other choice i was tempted by was the invidia gemini. With hfcs it sounded lovely.
  8. You read my mind, i was just going to write the same thing.
  9. Good to hear, best not go off on any more jollies around europe any more lol
  10. Ummm yup, someone may have pursuaded him ...cough cough

  12. They've done a nice job there. Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh sometime.
  13. Finally picked up the new disks from parents, i will start installing this week and then forward them on.
  14. Was going to post here then read sipars comments and hes already made the point i was going to make. Couldnt agree more. All i would advise is get out there and try some of the cars and see which one you fall for, you may be suprised
  15. Welcome, from my personal perspective i'd never drive my zed in the snow. Had two of them and both were completely unnerving on snow and ice. At least with front wheel drive cars you point the car in the direction you want andit kindof got there, the zeds behaved randomly on any slopes. Really did not like thelossin control, tip toed home and changed cars. In my book its beat to get an old shed rather than risk damage to the zeds which would often cost more than the shed
  16. Great looking car, modified properly with care and some fantastic wheels and a cracking exhaust. GLWTS and looking for the next toy
  17. Would be a cracking car for someone that wanted a great superdooper charged zed
