I had the pleasure of taking ians car out whilst in wales after following it for a couple of days. Following it i have to say it sure is loud, you can hear it every time he touches the pedal. But it does sound glorious, both dave and i assumed that it would be too much as a daily drive as even just cruising at 70 you could hear the exhaust from way back. However when we took it for a drive it was far less intrusive that i had imagined. When booting it it is lovely and loud but can be very sensible if you are cruising. It does sound epic and managed to stop the entire town of llangollen in its tracks as we drove through. If you want loud but a nice quality sound its definitely a top contender.

Tgm in fleet did a fantastic job when my roadster was keyed, it wont be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and they will do a near to perfect job. Rt-performance also did a cracking job with wassos car and may be able to help. Love the way that woman thought the damage she caused was not her problem, id be suing her so she realised it was, that wold cut the smile short.

Yup I'm still deaf and keep hearing YAAAAAAaaaaarrrrrrpppppp in my dreams. Was a fab noise though, only side effect was people swapping places behind him so they got a chance to hear their own car lol

Personally I wouldn't bother. I have heard of quite a few people getting their paintwork scratched by the cover as the wind blows it about. If it is garaged then different story.

2 days after buying my Saab convertible years ago I was reversing up the rather steep drive at my parents. I stalled, lost brakes and steering, panicked, hit the wrong pedals and rolled the car back down the drive, through a huge flower box and through the outer kitchen wall. Kitchen came off rather badly but the Saab was hardly affected. Felt kinda stoopid though.

Good little write up and nice results. I had the uprev done on my 350 and am looking to move it over to my 370 now the warranty has expired. I'm reliably told the difference is significant and you have confirmed that so looks like i will be calling abbey soon Good choice with the exhaust too, i was tempted by theinvida but went for a stillen in the end. Enjoy the car, bet you have fallen in love with it again, the stock 370 really does need a better exhaust note.
