for powerpanel filter in an 06 airbox is bestif you want something that will lose you power but sound cool, something like a pop charger would suit best.
Definitely don't want to lose power.... Do pop chargers not help the performance then?

Really... Any ideas where to get one of those? My car is a 54 plate...
-
I am after one as my first engine upgrade, could you please let me know which is best?
Thanks!

Mmmmm rapido! I know they are about 280 standard, whats the most cost effective method of inscreasing to say... 300ish? Air filter, cams etc?
Exhaust!
Will that make a large difference then yeah? What would you recommend?

Hi there!
I managed to get hold of an adapter... And managed to pair it to my phone in the car. When I receive a call I answer it and can hear the other person no problems but they can't hear me? Am I missing something? Where is the mic located? Do I need to press something??
Thanks!

Wow there is definately some food for thought there!!
Ian - is the current version supercharged? Is that what I spy near the air filter? Looks amazing...

Anybody else have some inspirational pics for me??? (Bring in the pic-whores....) lol
-
To give you some idea.
Ohhhh my god..... hats off mate! That's gorgeous!
I am going to track down a polished plenum, carbon engine cover and shiney new strut brace 1st me thinks!!
-
Polished plenum available here viewtopic.php?f=26&t=35951
Coolant hose kit by Samco from Demon Tweeks.
Polished header tank and power steering tank from Chilli Red
Carbon battery/fluid covers from Scottsoulby if he is still doing them, also surrounds from Scott.
Engine dress bolt kit Chilli Red.
That should keep you busy for a bit.
Wow thanks!
I will get on it as all of that is perfect... I have already PM'd for the plenum so will have some pics online soon!
Thanks again!

Thanks for moving it... now you have to delete the other thread I started before seeing you move this one LOL...
Anyway - what I am after is maybe replacing some pipes with blue ones, painting the engine cover, polishing the plenum and maybe some carbon fluid / battery covers... A bit of everything really!
I know that the painting / polishing is DIY for me which is fine, just wanted to know if there was a website that had a lot of pipes / chromed engine bits for sale...

There are a few on eBay but they seem expensive?
Anyone got a used one I can nab??
Thanks!
-
Oh, sorry... Not sure how that happened.......
Mod please delete!

Hi there
Anyone know where I can get one please? For some reason the car I bought with full black interior has an orange one... lol
Thanks!
-
I need to get one of these... do they just plug onto the attachment in the centre cubby hole then enable any phone to connect via bluetooth?
-
Seeing as I am new here, could you kind people please guide me towards the best engine dress-up parts / websites / guides?
I am after making the engine look fantastic, I am leaving the exterior / interior of the car pretty standard all but some new wheels maybe....
Just thought seeing as I now have a car that has such a great engine, might as well make it shine and look as fantastic as it sounds / drives!
Thanks

You can do a 'completed auctions' search on ebay to see what people are paying for them. I find this is always a good way of getting an approximate 'what if I were to put them on ebay now' price.
Good idea! Thanks mate

I am after a new centre console (the part where the gearstick and heater controls sit) and also the one above, which houses the stereo, satnav and gauges....
The reason is that the ones in the Zed I bought are a bit scratched etc and I want the interior to be immaculate!!
Thanks!

So my best option for power is a post 06 air box with a new filter yes?![:)](https://www.350z-uk.com/uploads/emoticons/default_smile.gif)
Is it possible to change the plain boring plastic piping to a shiny polished one on there too?![:)](https://www.350z-uk.com/uploads/emoticons/default_smile.gif)
