Went to a meet last year called "cars in the park " brilliant day out with over 300 cars on show including many Ferraris a McLaren,Porches,Lotus esprit etc. Next meet is at Newby Hall ,Yorkshire on 10th May. I will be entering my car again and it was the only Zed last year. Be good to have a group of us Zed owners there this year.

How about giving us a summary of the route. Tried the Google link and it,s a a pain in the a#*# to get the various maps up.

I,m travelling down from Scotch Corner to start the run from Skipton.

Are we starting off west or east ? Probably plan to leave the group at Leyburn.

Looks like some damage on the bottom wheels. Careful if they,re anodised rims. They,re a pig to maintain the polish.

After owning three DE,s and now an HR I can say the HR feels considerably more powerful. This is the main reason I changed up despite the tax.

350zed. I agree, gold centres look pretty good on the Volks.Saw those and bought mine from a member on here.

Steve..there,s a few Volks knocking about lately £1500 would probably find you a useful set. Mind you deep dish rims are going out of style these days.Personaly I,m considering Vossens end of this year.

Oh. And I'm running 255 front and 275 rear on the same sized wheels.No problem with rubbing.

Interesting...my Volks gtc,s cannot be refurbed as the rims are anodised.Only option is to spray so I,m really looking after these.

Unless anyone knows a way to re polish the rims.
