  1. Sadly it often does. http://www.splatula.com/bfl/ Pete
  2. Apparently it was the guy who controls the gantry lights fault, not the safety car driver . Pete
  3. Spotted westbound on the A55 in Ewloe around 11.30 this morning. Pete
  4. At the front the most it'll take is about 22/23 mms without catching on the wheel arch and that's on a standard suspension setup with Rays. On the rear you can go much further, hmm, I've experimented with mine and I'd say that 26-28mms would be O.K, I tried 33mms and that looked a bit silly (and illegal) TBH . Pete

    Bad boy

There doesn't seem to be any definitive answer to this. Most people think that because it isn't a conviction and doesn't have a conviction code then there's no need to tell the insurance, others say you should inform them . One interesting thing that came out is that you have to actually pass this course, if the police who are in attendance think that you aren't showing the right attitude then you'll fail and will get the points...does happen apparently . Another interesting fact is that the average age of course attendee's is 42. Pete
  6. Welcome . Nice Zed, the aftermarket rear lights look good. Pete
  7. Welcome . Lots of meets to go to, the season is just about to start as well . The biggest Zed meet is the Wales driveout which is based in Chirk, Shropshire. viewtopic.php?f=57&t=43279 The other big meet is in The Lake district in June but there are loads of local meets too. Pete
  8. Only the top 6 teams look 100% safe to me . If Bolton or Everton who are 7th and 8th lose 3 games in a row then they'll be right down in the middle of the relegation battle. I have something of a soft spot for WBA and despite being an LFC supporter wouldn't want to see Everton go down. The sad fact remains though is that we pretty well have a 2 and a half tier league these days , the top 4, Liverpool and Spurs and then the rest . If I had to pick the three I think are at the greatest risk I'd say Newcastle, Wigan and Blackpool..... Pete
  9. Thanks for all the work you've put in to make The Wales meet the great success it is . Looking forward to meeting you in person in May!! Pete
  10. The guy selling them has too many negatives and neutrals for my liking. I had a quick search through the negatives and found one of them from a 350Z owner...must have been bad because EBay have removed the comment . From other comments posted here I believe they are not as bright as genuine Nissan LED's. Pete
  11. Looks like this guy couldn't afford to run it either, 700 miles in 4 years . Don't these cost about 10k per day to hire? Pete
  12. OMG, a Muira. I've only ever seen one of these in the flesh and that was in the showroom of Henley's Chester back in 1969..... Pete
  13. Best wishes from myself and Caroline. Have a great day tomorrow Pete
  14. Welcome to the forum . Quite a few former Celica owners have found their way here, me included . Pete
  15. Yeah, huge talent, on a par with the big 3 of Alonso, Hamilton and Vettel IMHO. We don't really know what he's going to be like if and when he comes back, Massa certainly hasn't been as effective since his return, he's showed the odd flash of brilliance but looks to be driving well under par, of the top 5 teams on the grid Massa looks to be the only genuine number 2 driver....roll on Malaysia Pete
