  1. This is a members car, can't for the life of me remember his forum name but he was at the Wales 2011 meet, just in front of me for the majority of the run EDIT, Members name is Shawn Pete
  2. Yeah, Sahara sand, pretty unusual up here. Pete
  3. Caroline was down in Mostyn today, I think you may have spotted the same Zed roadster we pulled alongside in Cheshire Oaks a few weeks ago. I hope not . Pete
  4. Bonnet also seems to be a bad fit around the windscreen area and what are those lines on the bonnet? Pete
  5. I'll be concentrating on The Tour de France . Not saying tennis is boring but the women's game is dominated by gigantic shrieking Eastern Europeans who all look the same and have similar names. In the men's they may as well scrap the rounds and start at the semi-final . Pete
  6. I test drove a 2 year old 944 back in the mid 80's but TBH it didn't feel significantly faster than the 2.8i Capri I had at the time. Couldn't have afforded it anyway Pete
  7. We bought a delivery mileage limited edition 2.0 Z4 in 2008, pre registered by the dealer. We paid £18.9k (a saving of 6k) and P/X'd it for £14.2k in 2010, with 7.3k on the clock. Loss not that far away from the 2k depreciation you're talking about. Pete
  8. I'm not really surprised that they are very rare as they were 60k new. Having said that I used to see quite a few around here as there's a main Honda dealer not far away serving the Wirral and North Wales. After reading up about them it seems they only had 300 or so BHP and yet were classed as a supercar. Pete
  9. Pure torture Oh great Pete
  10. Never a fan of The NSX, reminded me of a boat . The new one though...is just wow! http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/c ... S_2012.jpg Pete
  11. Good race, Lewis should have gone for a certain 4th and let Pastor go but that's racing. Maldano takes a 20 second penalty moving Senna up to 10th, no penalty for Schumacher. Pete
  12. This review pretty well explains the differences, it suggests that "35th Anniversary Edition" was too much of a mouthful for us Brits, hence the name GT4 . http://www.evo.co.uk/carreviews/evocarr ... 96bhp.html Pete
  13. Noooooooooooooo it wasn't. GT4 = UK 35th Anniversary = JDM That was my thinking as well and wasn't it available in America (USDM) as well? The review I read indicated that it was also available in Australia. Pete
  14. Could this be the 35th anniversary version? It ticks all the boxes, it's the right year (2005), colour and as far as I can tell this was the only model that came with the black/tan seats, if so, it would also have the 296 bhp engine as stated in the advert. Here's another clue, this a photo of the 35th anniversary edition and that also has no rear spoiler. The only difference seems to the aerial. Pete
  15. Right in the middle of the hurricane season Pete
  16. I don't have a problem with Doctors, Police, etc having their pensions "adjusted", I do however feel that M.P's should also have theirs downgraded too. An MP's salary is £65k, after just 15 years of service they pick up a pension of £24k and they've just awarded themselves a 2.4% increase, talk about do as I say, not as I do Pete
  17. The company I worked for needed a doctors sick note that started at least 7 days before the first day of your holiday. They would also reduce your holiday entitlement depending on the length of your absence. Pete
