  1. As Will said really, no problems for tall guys. Roofs can be very expensive to repair and they often leak around the top of the window although I've found that the seals just need pushing back in. Roadster has no connectivity and you can expect anything from 18 mpg around town to 30 and a bit mpg on motorways. Most people would average somewhere in the middle but as with any car driving technique can make quite a difference. Welcome to the forum . Pete
  2. Too busy enjoying myself to take many pictures but here's what I have. Will post up my random thoughts later . Pete
  3. Some of the Facelift 296's hung around the dealers for a while and finished up on 07 plates. Pete
  4. ive a new tt tdi ( 2012 ) great cars but its more for the wife than me .. Yeah, I agree they are a decent car nowadays, I was thinking of the older models which compare in price to a 350Z, S2K. Pete
  5. Take the wheel off. The size will be stamped onto the inside of the rim. Pete
  6. Drove an almost new S2K about 9 years ago and was very impressed. Lovely engine, really smooth and the car isn't as rattly as a Zed over rough surfaces. A bit too cramped inside for me with my long legs and arms and lacks the presence of the 350Z on the road, otherwise a fine car, a close second to the 350Z and well ahead of The Z4 and TT. Just my opinion . Pete
  7. Weather in North Wales. Well, it's overcast right now but at least it's dry with no wind. Should start brightening up with sunny spells around 11 with a small risk of a light shower around midday, then dry and partly cloudy for the rest of the day. Pete
  8. Think it's a Jap Import by the look of the Fairlady badge on the back and square number plates but I could be wrong. Other than the outlandish spoiler it's kinda nice really . Pete
  9. info here, http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/65467-wales-2013-announcement-may-18th-19th-extra-rooms-added/ We usually leave around 10 I think Pete
  10. Welcome . Rays come up for sale on a fairly regular basis anything from £200 upwards depending on condition and tyres fitted. Pete

    MG ZS 180

We bought one of the last MGZR's in 2005. Awful build quality but reliable enough. Pete
  12. If you go to a dealer they give you nothing extra but will knock a load off for high mileage . If I ever sell my very low mileage (15k) Zed it'll be a private sale. Pete
  13. White 350Z roadster in Ewloe today heading towards Hawarden. Spoiler on the boot, probably a Nismo and more than likely a pre facelift. Pete
  14. Pretty localised I guess (I hope). The sun is out here just 10 miles away and The Zed's are sparkling. Pete
  15. Should be good for another 40 years then . Pete
  16. It's really a lovely evening here, I'm tempted to get outside and do some cleaning while the soaps are on . Pete
  17. Wow! That must be tricky dude! Not really, they cause no discomfort and I don't have any on my head, the one below my ear isn't a lipoma and isn't noticeable. I did have a cricket ball sized one removed from my hip 20 years ago and if I wanted I could have most of the others removed on the NHS but it just isn't worth the bother as they simply grow again. They can't turn into malignant tumours so they're just a nuisance really. Pete
  18. Weather up in Chirk last night wasn't too good. Some parts of Shropshire had 2 inches of snow as well. A lot of flooding around here too, the car park in Mold where Caroline usually parks had 18" of standing water this morning. http://www.dailypost.co.uk/news/north-wales-news/heavy-downpours-lead-flooding-parts-3816050 Things are looking up though, the sun is out and the weather forecast is for isolated showers on Friday/Saturday and Sunday looks quite promising. Pete
  19. They're beautiful cars, not designed for 6 feet 4 drivers though . Pete
  20. +1 In Cali with anything.... No, it's overrated . Pete
  21. Some of them....pretty well all of them actually! The pre season testing was carried out at a time of extremely low temperatures, even in Spain it was jolly cold (less than 10 degrees ambient) and they were running at track temperatures that they will never encounter in a GP. The teams didn't learn an awful lot, some just got lucky. Pete
  22. Pirelli are really struggling to come to grips with the problems and are blaming the tyre situation on the lack of test days. They currently test their tyres on a 2010 F1Toyota which bears little or no relationship to the 2013 cars. Pete
